Fahrtrichtungsanzeiger für Kraftwagen mit einem nach rechts und links verschwenkbaren, fest einstellbaren, beim Kühler angebrachten, in einem segmentartigen Führungsgestell bewegten und vom Führersitz aus gesteuerten Signalarm. Bei Fahrtrichtungsanzeigern für Kraftfahrzeuge ist es bekannt, dem Verkehr die Absicht des Fahrzeugführers in bezug auf die jeweils einzuschlagende Fahrtrichtung durch sichtbare Signalarme erkenntlich zu machen, die nach rechts und- links versch-,venkbar sowie fest einstellbar beim Kühler angebracht sind und in einem segmentartigen Führungsgestell vom Führersitz aus bewegt werden können. Die den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildende Einrichtung unterscheidet sich von den. bekannten Vorrichtungen dieser Art im wesentlichen dadurch, daß° nicht nur die Fahrtrichtungen angezeigt, sondern damit gleichzeitig erkenntlich gemacht wird, ob das Fahrzeug frei oder besetzt ist. Dies wird durch die äußerst einfache Bauart der Vorrichtung erreicht, wonach in dem segmentartigen Führungsgestell einerseits ein die Mittelstellung eines Signalarmes feststellender Riegel mit einem V-förmigen Halter an einem Führungsarm angebracht ist, der mit einem: Lappen über den Führungsbogen himi-eggreift und anderseits in dem Führungsgestell zwei durch eine Blende abdeckbare, für Anzeigezwecke dienende Fenster angeordnet sind, wobei die Blende von scherenartig gelagerten Armen bewegt wird, die durch Drahtzüge mit einer auf der Welle des Signalarmes sitzenden Büchse verbunden ist, die durch einen Hebelarm gleichfalls vom Führersitz aus gedreht wird.Direction indicator for motor vehicles with one to the right and left pivotable, permanently adjustable, attached to the cooler, in a segment-like manner Guide frame moved and controlled from the driver's seat signal arm.
