Für diese Vorrichtungen, in welchen das Glühgefäß völlig mit indifferentem Gas eingeschlossen wird, eignen sich die vorgeschlagenen einfachen Wasser-oder ölverschlüsse wegen des Verdampfens der Sperrflüssigkeit nicht. Nach der Erfindung wird der Behälter, und zwar insbesondere der mit hochsiedendem (51 oder leicht schmelzbarem Metall zu füllende Tauchraum, mit einem Kühlmantelraum umgeben.
