Abstract

In an apparatus for the deformation of a straight coil a produced from a mass of dough into a closed ring shape the deformation takes place in four sequential working steps which comprise 1. prebending, 2. preclosing, 3. final closing and 4. firm pressing. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Verformung eines aus einer Teigmasse erzeugten geraden Wickels zu einer geschlossenen Ringform. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist in den Ansprüchen beschrieben. Claims (4)

1. Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Verformung eines aus einer Teigmasse erzeugten geraden Wickels zu einer geschlossenen Ringform, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verformung automa­ tisch mittels einer Biegevorrichtung in vier aufeinander fol­ genden Arbeitsschritten erfolgt, die
  • 1. aus dem Vorbiegen,
  • 2. aus dem Vorschließen,
  • 3. aus dem Fertigschließen und
  • 4. aus dem Festdrücken besteht.
