Abstract

The sheet-like textile structure contains a basic knit (2) formed from warp threads (6) which are shaped to form stitch wales (4). The latter are connected by means of weft threads (10). Claims

1. Textile fabric, in which at least one pattern thread ( 12 , 12 a , 12 b , 12 c , 12 d ) is connected to a basic knitted fabric ( 2 ) which has wale stitches ( 4 ) formed from warp threads ( 6 ), which are made using weft threads ( 10 ) are connected, characterized in that at least one pattern thread ( 12 , 12 a , 12 b , 12 c , 12 d ) is placed in weft-like pattern on one side of at least one basic knitted fabric ( 2 ) and at least in sections by means of at least one wale made of auxiliary warp threads ( 14 , 14 a , 14 b , 14 c , 14 d , 14 e ) is connected to the basic knitted fabric ( 2 ).

2. Flat structure according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one auxiliary warp thread ( 14 , 14 a , 14 c , 14 d ) together with a warp thread ( 6 ) to a common wale is knitted.

3. The flat structure according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one auxiliary warp thread ( 14 b , 14 e ) is knitted into a wale ( 4 c ) which is independent of the warp threads ( 6 ).

4. The flat structure according to claim 3, characterized in that the wale ( 4 c ) of the auxiliary warp thread ( 14 e ) is arranged within the basic knitted fabric and contains the pattern thread ( 12 a ) and weft threads ( 10 ) bound.

5. A flat structure according to claim 3, characterized in that the wale of the auxiliary warp thread ( 14 b ) is arranged outside the basic knitted fabric ( 2 ).

6. A flat structure according to claim 1, characterized in that at least two wales from auxiliary warp threads ( 14 a ) are arranged adjacent.

7. fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that from auxiliary warp threads ( 14 , 14 b , 14 c , 14 d , 14 e ) stitches formed ( 4 b , 4 c ) are arranged at a distance from each other.

8. A flat structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the pattern thread ( 12 a ) is fringed and optionally arranged laterally above the basic knitted fabric ( 2 ).

9. fabric according to claim 8, characterized in that the pattern thread protruding laterally over the basic knitted fabric is connected to another basic fabric.

10. The flat structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the pattern thread ( 12 , 12 a , 12 b , 12 c , 12 d ) is connected to any rows of stitches ( 16 ).

11. The flat structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the pattern thread ( 12 , 12 a , 12 b , 12 c , 12 d ) is an elastic thread.

12. The flat structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the pattern thread ( 12 , 12 a , 12 b , 12 c , 12 d ) is thicker than the threads ( 6 , 10 ) of the basic knitted fabric ( 2 ) and the auxiliary warp thread ( 14 , 14 a , 14 b , 14 c , 14 d , 14 e ).

13. The flat structure according to claim 1, characterized in that it has at least two pattern threads ( 12 b , 12 c , 12 d ), which are preferably arranged in webs ( 21 a , 21 b , 21 c ).

14. The method for producing the fabric according to claim 1, wherein from warp threads ( 6 ) wales ( 4 , 4 a , 4 b ) acts and these are connected by means of a weft thread ( 10 ) to form a basic knitted fabric ( 2 ), further simultaneously at least a pattern thread ( 12 , 12 a , 12 b , 12 c , 12 d ) is arranged, characterized in that the pattern thread ( 12 , 12 a , 12 b , 12 c , 12 d ) on one side of the base fabric ( 2 ) wefts like a pattern and connects to the basic fabric ( 2 ) with at least one auxiliary warp thread ( 14 , 14 a , 14 c , 14 d , 14 e ).

The method according to claim 14, characterized in that an auxiliary warp thread ( 14 , 14 a , 14 c , 14 d ) together with a warp thread ( 6 ) to a common wale ( 4 , 4 a , 4 b ) and the pattern thread ( 12 , 12 a , 12 b , 12 c , 12 d ) between the warp thread ( 6 ) and the auxiliary warp thread ( 14 , 14 a , 14 c , 14 d ).

16. The method according to claim 14, characterized in that at least one auxiliary warp thread ( 14 b , 14 e ) forms a wale ( 4 c ) which is independent of the warp threads ( 6 ) and therein the weft threads ( 10 ) and the pattern thread ( 12 a ) involved.

17. The method according to claim 16, characterized in that one of the warp threads ( 6 ) independent wales ( 14 b ) is arranged outside the basic knitted fabric.

18. Warp knitting machine for carrying out the method according to claim 14, with knitting needles ( 24 ) guided back and forth transversely to a knock-over board ( 22 ), which have at least one weft laying rod ( 30 ) with at least one weft thread guide ( 28 ) and a chain laying rail ( 34 ) with warp thread guides ( 32 ) and at least one pattern thread guide bar ( 42 ) with at least one pattern thread guide ( 40 ), characterized in that in front of the weft thread guide ( 28 ) and before the warp thread guide ( 32 ) an auxiliary chain guide bar ( 38 ) with at least one auxiliary warp thread guide ( 36 ) is arranged, the pattern thread laying rod ( 42 ) with the pattern thread guide ( 40 ) between the warp thread guides ( 32 ) and the auxiliary warp thread guide ( 36 ) is arranged.
