Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a life jacket, on its outside under one essentially collar-shaped cover, one edge un detachable and their other free edge detachable the west outside is attached to an inflation cash lifeguard collar is arranged for people in distress.
One for the individual people of flight witness crews certain and not inflated its very compact and therefore takes up little space saying life jacket is from DE-OS 14 56 301 known.
Very limited space is also on to find a submarine that is in an emergency must be left in the submerged state.
The object of the invention is now for the individual person of a submarine crew a ret device to create, not only little Takes up space, but also during the Disembarking from the submerged boat as well during the appearance of the person he supplies the necessary breathing air and the up protects diving person from drowning.
According to the Er finding a life jacket at the beginning mentioned type provided that the free edge the cover, one of which serves as a splash guard cap trained hood is attached, to the neck and neck opening of the vest borders and in the of the splash protection cap enclosed space the end of one with one a breathing gas containing attached to the vest brought compressed gas bottle connected smart ches protrudes.
Advantageous further refinements of the Er invention are characterized in the subclaims net.
The arrangement of the free edge according to the invention, to the one designed as a splash protection cap Hood is worked on, the cover that the uninflated lifebuoy collar against damage Protection and tight fitting to the body of the vest holds, adjacent to the neck and neck opening the vest allows this vest to remain as before can also be worn in tight spaces and at the same time Leaving a submarine submerged to Überle necessary breathing air supply at any time to have at hand without the wearer of the Life jacket affected in its freedom of movement is pregnant. To start up the breathing air supply, which according to the invention in the Ret tion vest is integrated, only the spray protective cap on the cover of the lifeguard collar trained hood over the head and that Face pulled up to the chest area as well the pressurized gas bottle can be opened. The breath gas then flows into the splash guard cap enclosed space in which the breath openings of the person at risk. The This room is only slightly larger than that Head, hood and splash protection cap, so that person on the way from work to the exit opening of a damaged submarine is not restricted. After leaving the Submarines must appear for the lifeguard collar to be inflated. In doing so, the free edge of the cover from the vest, thereby the one enclosed by the hood and splash protection cap Space is increased significantly, so that after Rescue the person to be rescued swim collar not only in a faint their swimming position is held, but the ver enlarged room whose breathing openings also over rinsing protects and hypothermia, in particular through their neck and neck areas inflowing water considerably delayed.
In a preferred embodiment of the invented Life jacket according to the invention is between the press gas bottle and the hose from this bottle to the room enclosed by the splash protection cap a changeover valve is provided, which has a Hose line connects the Pressurized gas bottle and the lifeguard collar creates that over a pressure relief valve in the of vent the space enclosed in the splash protection cap is cash. Through this embodiment of the invention the breathing gas can also be used to inflate the ret tungsschwagkragen be used by the Person after exiting the submarine blow the lifebuoy the shift valve actuated, causing the breathing gas to enter first the lifeguard collar is headed and over whose pressure relief valve in the by the spray protective cap enclosed space is given.
To be found when exposed and by the rescue team against the person who is safe from drowning the drying up of those carried as pressurized gas Breathing air the gas exchange between that of the Splash guard enclosed space and the Favoring environment can be at the area chen the hood, which the preferably by Form a visible splash protection cap, ventilation flaps should be provided.
Until you found one from a submarine dived and secured by the lifebuoy it usually takes several hours. In during this time the person can suffer from hypothermia ben. To remedy this evil, are purpose moderately on the vest both around the armholes around as well as over the entire bottom edge pocket-shaped containers provided by means of tearable elements are closable and in de out arm and leg wear are acceptably attached that from the container extracted parts by means of one Zipper as a protective cover around hands and arms as well as feet, legs and abdomen are orderable. This arrangement according to the invention arm and leg clothing in Containing a life jacket is space-saving and affects freedom of movement of the western wearer, who is next to the required for the underwater exit Breathing air also for survival in the event of an emergency necessary cold protection suit at any time ready with you. To put on this suit only the arm and leg wear pieces out of the containers of the vest drawn and after arranging for the correspond closed zips will be. After closing the zipper conclude what even after leaving the Submarines and the appearance of the vulnerable Person can be done, form with the ret vest in captive connection Clothing along with the hood and Splash protection cap around hands and arms, feet, case ne and abdomen as well as head and neck one Protective cover that we as an insulation agent cushions of water around the body of those in need included person. While as Isolation means the inclusion of a certain Amount of water between body and protective clothing is desired, the amount of water complicates the on board the person to be rescued, since that's a closed water must be lifted up. For loading This disadvantage can be eliminated according to the inven in the foot and hand areas of the protective cover clothing openings are incorporated over the when recovering the person at risk closed water can escape.
Es stellen dar:An embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Put it represents:
Fig. 1 eine schematische Vorderansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Rettungsweste mit im Westenkörper angeordneten Arm- und Bein bekleidungsstücken, Fig. 1 is a schematic front view of a life jacket according to the invention having arranged in the West body arm and leg clothing,
Fig. 2 eine schematische Ansicht der Rettungs weste nach Fig. 1 mit aus dem Westenkör per herausragenden Arm- und Beinbeklei dungsstücken, Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the rescue vest according to Fig. 1 from the Westenkör by outstanding arm and Beinbeklei extension pieces,
Fig. 3 is a schematic side view of a life jacket pulled in case of emergency and Ber.
The life jacket shown consists of a vest body 1 , on which a Rettungsschwimmkra gene 3 is held. For the secure attachment of the vest body 1 and the rescue collar 3 to the body by the wearer of the life jacket, which can be closed at the front with a zipper 5 , a waist belt 4 is used .
The lifeguard collar 3 is arranged under a collar-shaped cover 14 . The outer, adjacent to the armholes of the vest body 1 edge of the cover 14 is inseparably connected to the vest body 1 , while the other free, to the neck and neck opening of the vest body 1 adjacent edge of the cover 14 , to which a pe as a splash guard 2 trained hood is attached, detachable, z. B. is held with a Velcro 15 ( Fig. 3) on the vest body 1 . In the space enclosed by the splash protection cap 2 , in which the head of the endangered person is located in an emergency, protrudes one end of a hose 16 connected to a compressed gas bottle containing a breathing gas but not shown. Between the pressurized gas bottle and the hose 16 , a manually operated Umschaltven valve 17 is provided, to which a floating collar 3 opening into the rescue hose 18 is closed. The flotation collar 3 has a pressure relief valve 19, blowing off in the space enclosed by the spray protection cap 2 space. In an emergency, essentially the Ge view of the endangered spanning areas 22 of the splash cap 2 , which can be closed on the front side with a zipper 20 , are made of transparent material and white sen with vent flaps 21 closable openings.
On the inside of the vest body 1 he stretch both around the armholes and over its entire lower edge pocket-shaped containers 6 and 7 , in which arm 8 and leg clothing 9 are attached with one end and arranged folded. The undesirable outfall len the clothing 8 , 9 from the loading conditions 6 , 7 is prevented by a Velcro fastener, not shown.
In an emergency, the splash protection cap 2 can only be pulled over the head like a hood and its zipper 20 closed. The spray protective cap 2 then forms around the head of the person at risk of being protected from the admission of water What space, in which an air cushion consisting of a breathing gas forms, which after corresponding actuation of the Umschaltven tiles 17 from the compressed gas bottle through the hose 16th flowing gas is generated. Since the free edge of the cover 14 , to which the spray protective cap 2 is attached, when the lifebuoy collar 3 is not inflated, the Velcro fastener 15 holds onto the vest body 1 , the splash protective cap 2 lies very close to the head of the person and thus does not form an obstacle which delays the exit of the person from the submerged submarine on the way inside the boat to the exit opening. After leaving the submarine, the rescue swimming collar 3 is inflated to reveal the person by the changeover valve 17 being adjusted so that the breathing gas flows from the pressurized gas bottle via the hose line 18 into the rescue swimming collar 3 . During inflation, the lifeguard collar 3 releases the Velcro fastener 15 ( FIG. 3) which holds the free edge of the cover 14 on the vest body 1 , as a result of which the volume inside the splash protection cap 2 is considerably increased. When surfacing, the water pressure on the lifebuoy collar 3 decreases, which is associated with the risk of its bursting. This is prevented by the provided on the flotation collar 3 over-pressure valve 19 which blows in the space enclosed by the spray protection cap 2 space, whereby the person at risk, the required breathing air is available during emergence. Excess breathable air can escape from the space enclosed by the splash protection cap 2 around the edge adjacent to the chest of the vest body 1 , which is neither connected to the vest body 1 nor to the cover 14 . After thawing, it is only necessary for gas exchange between the environment and the area around the splash cap 2 and thus for breathing air supply to open the provided on the splash cap 2 vent flaps 21 .
The items of clothing 8 and 9 form in an emergency a protective cover which prevents the unhindered heat exchange between the body of a person swimming in water and the water and thus prevents hypothermia of this person over a long period of time. To put on this protective cover, the protruding from the containers 8 and 7, the tip 11 (for simplification reasons only in connection with the arm clothing pieces 8 shown in Fig. 1) are gripped and thus while simultaneously opening the Velcro closures the arm 8 and leg clothing pieces 9th pulled out of their containers 6 and 7 in the vest body 1 ( Fig. 2). In the hanging out of the vest body 1 clothes 8 and 9 arms or legs are inserted and the associated zippers 12 closed, whereby in agreement with the vest body 1 and the Ka puze 2 a head-to-toe cold protection suit with a lifeguard collar 3 is obtained ( Fig. 3).
Laterally at the foot ends of the legwear pieces 9 are slots 13 incorporated near the sole of the foot, which are kept closed by a Velcro 10 extending over their entire length. These Velcro straps 10 open under the pressure of the water collected inside the protective suit when a person in need is recovered, so that this water can escape from the protective suit in a very short time via the slots 13 .
