Description

  • Platzpatrone für selbsttätige Feuerwaffen mit spezifisch schwerer Füllmasse. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Platzpatrone für selbsttätige Feuerwaffen.
  • Um mit Platzpatronen den zur Funktion von Selbstladewaffen nötigen Rückstoß zu erhalten, hat man die Masse der hierzu verwendeten hohlen Geschosse (aus Papier) dadurch erhöht, daß man letztere mit spezifisch schweren, pulverförmigen Stoffen (Eisenfeile-oder Bleiasche) füllte.
  • Das Neue besteht darin, daß der Geschoßmantel aus einem geeigneten spezifisch leichten, möglichst spröden Material, wie Zelluloid, Zellid, Gelatine usw., mit einem spezifisch schweren, flüssigen Stoff (z. B. Quecksilber) gefüllt und am Boden durch eine eingeklebte Kapsel verschlossen wird.
  • Der Druck der Pulvergase auf-den Geschoßboden pflanzt sich in der flüssigen Füllung nach allen Seiten fort und bewirkt an der Mündung der Waffe ein vollständiges Zerplatzen und Zerstäuben des Geschosses. Die flüssige Füllung selbst zerstäubt und verdampft vollständig.
  • Die Zeichnung stellt eine beispielsweise Ausführnugsform dar. Der Geschoßmantel a ist mit Quecksilber b gefüllt und durch die eingeklebte Kapsel c verschlossen. Vorteilhaft kommt darunter noch ein Scheibchen d aus Karton, Kork oder ähnlichem Material.
  • Das Geschoß ist in üblicher Weise in eine mit Treibladung e gefüllte Patronenhülse eingesetzt.

  1. PATEI@T-ANSPRUCH: r Platzpatrone für selbsttätige Feuerwaffen mit spezifisch schwerer Füllmasse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, däß das Geschoß mit spezifisch schwerem, flüssigem Stoff gefüllt und durch eine dem Pulvergasdruck nachgebende Kapsel verschlossen ist.
