Description

  • Bougie. Es ist schon vorgeschlagen worden, das spiralige Einführungsende eines Bougies korkenzieherähnlich auszubilden, um dadurch besser den richtigen Weg durch einen unregelmäßigen und auch mehrfach verengten Kanal zu finden. Dieselbe Wirkung und außerdem noch ein vollkommeneres Dilatationsvermögen hat ein spiralig sich verjüngendes Einführungsende, das einem Spiral bohrer nachgeahmt ist.
  • Die Zeichnungen zeigen ein solches Instrument mit Griffblatt in Vorderansicht und in Seitenansicht.
  • Das Bougie a hat an einem Ende den Griff b. Am anderen Ende läuft es achsial in einen Kegel aus, der mit halbzylindrischen sich verjüngenden Windungen c umgeben ist. Die Spitze d des Einführungsendes verläuft außerhalb der Achse und geht in die Windungen c über.

Claims (1)

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH: Bougie mit schraubenförmigem Einführungsende, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Windungen (c) nach Art eines Spiralbohrers um eine kegelförmige Mittelachse verlaufen und sich dabei nach der Spitze (d), die außerhalb der Achse ausläuft, verjüngen. .
