  • Beschreibung
  • "Verfahren zum Grundieren von Kunststoffen" Das Hauptpatent ... (Anmeldung P 33 16 550.5-43) bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Grundierung von Kunststoffen, bei dem man als Grundierungsmittel eine wässrige Dispersion verwendet, welch ein aliphatisches, reaktionsfähige Carboxylgruppen aufweisendes Polyurethan, ein Polyacrylat, ein Pigment und ggf. einen Härter enthält, wobei das Verhältnis von Polyurethan zu Polyacrylat zwischen 90 : 10 und 10 : 90, insbesondere zwischen 80 : 20 und 20 : 80, insbesondere zwischen 70 : 30 und 30 : 70, insbesondere zwischen 60 : 40 und 40 : 60, liegt.
  • Nach dem Hauptpatent weist das Polyacrylat reaktionsfähige Carboxylgruppen auf.
  • Gemäß vorliegender Erfindung ist das Polyacrylat frei von reaktionsfähigen Carboxylgruppen, was nicht ausschließt, daß das Polyacrylat herstellungsbedingte geringfügige Mengen an Carboxyl gruppen enthält.
  • Es hat sich gezeigt, daß die Aufgabe gemäß dem Hauptpatent, nämlich die Schaffung eines Verfahrens zum Grundieren von Kunststof fen, bei dem einerseits der Kunststoff nicht angegriffen wird und das andererseits umweltfreundlich ist, auch auf diese Weise lösbar ist.
  • Insbesondere können nunmehr auch höher polymerisierte Polyacrylate zum Einsatz kommen, was zur Folge hat, daß die Härte und damit z.B. die Steinschlag-Festigkeit des Endproduktes gesteigert werden kann.
  • Als Polyurethane und Polyacrylate kommen all jene Stoffe in Frage, die in Wasser dispergiert (als Dispersion oder Hydrosol) sind, oberhalb von 0° C filmbildende Eigenschaften aufweisen,

Claims (1)

  1. Anspruche : 1. Verfahren zur Grundierung von Kunststoffen, bei dem man als Grundierungsmittel eine wässrige Dispersion verwendet, welche (a) ein aliphatisches, reaktionsfähige Carboxylgruppen aufweisendes Polyurethan (b) ein Polyacrylat (c) ein Pigment und ggf.
    (d) einen Härter enthält, wobei das Verhältnis von Polyurethan zu Polyacrylat zwischen 90 : 10 und 10 : 90, insbesondere zwischen 80 : 20 und 20 : 80, insbesondere zwischen 70 : 30 und 30 : 70, insbesondere zwischen 60 : 40 und 40 : 60, liegt, nach Patent ...
    (Anmeldung P 33 16 550.5-43), dadurch g e k e n n z e i c h -n e t, daß das Polyacrylat frei von reaktionsfähigen Carboxylgrupptash 2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch g e k e n n z e i c h -n e t, daß man eine wässrige Dispersion verwendet, in der das Verhältnis von Polyurethan zu Polyacrylat 50 : 50 ist.
    3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch g e k e n n -z e i c h n e t, daß man eine wässrige Dispersion verwendet, die als Härter (d) ein Alkylazeridin enthält.
    4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch g e -k e n n z e i c h n e t, daß man eine wässrige Dispersion verwendet, in der der Festkörperanteil (a), (b) und (c), bezogen auf (a), (b), (c) und Wasser, 20 - 80 Gew.-%, insbesondere 35 -70 Gew.-% insbesondere 52 - 58 Gew.-%, beträgt.
    5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch g e -k e n n z e i c h n e t, daß man eine wässrige Dispersion verwendet, in der der Anteil des Härters (d), bezogen auf (a), (b), (c) und Wasser, 0,5 - 4 Gew.-, insbesondere 2 Gew.-, beträgt.
    6. erfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch g e -k e n n z e i c h n e t, daß man eine wässrige Dispersion verwendet, die geringe Mengen eines organischen Lösungsmittels enthält.
    7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch g e -k e n n z e 1 c h n e t, daß man eine wässrige Dispersion verwendet, die zusätzlich einen Extender enthält, wobei dann der Festkörper aus 5 - 80 Gew.-%, insbesondere 50 Gew.-%, Pigment und Extender und 95 - 20 Gew.-%, insbesondere 50 Gew.-, Polyurethan und Polyacrylat besteht.
