bisher allgemein zwei verschiedene Wege.Process for the production of alkali cellulose. In the preparation of,
The technique was based on alkali cellulose from cellulose and strong sodium hydroxide solution
so far two different ways in general.
Zusammensetzung aufwies, was eine Weiterverarbeitung erschwerte.
Either the cellulose was mixed with the calculated amount of caustic soda in a pan mill or a pulverizer and kneaded thoroughly, whereby it was difficult to achieve a complete penetration with caustic soda, or the cellulose was placed in a container with caustic soda and the excess removed by pressing, whereupon the Prellgut was shredded in order to obtain the large surface area required for the treatment with carbon disulfide in the preparation of viscose. The general procedure here was that the cellulose in cardboard form was immersed for a few hours in a container with caustic soda solution of about 17.5 percent and then stripped off under a hydraulic press to 3 to 31 /, times its weight. It has also been proposed to lead the cardboard as an endless belt through a container with lye and to squeeze out the excess lye by means of rollers with pressures of about 50 kglqcm. In this procedure; which intended a continuous production of alkali cellulose, it was not possible to obtain a uniform content of lye in the pressed cardboard, so that the debris had an uneven composition, which made further processing difficult. The alkali-soluble parts of the cellulose, in particular the so-called wood rubber, were previously removed for the most part from the alkali cellulose during the squeezing process and were enriched in the bounce liquor. Recent studies have shown, however, that these alkali-soluble fractions are not disadvantageous for the production of viscose, but rather advantageous, so that their removal is of no benefit.
The present invention solves the problem of cellulose board in
-one process while avoiding so-called yellow liquor with an alkali cellulose
exactly known content of alkali to gain, in the following way: You used
for the production of alkali cellulose pulp in the form of cardboard in rolls or sheets.
This cardboard is delivered as a tape or series of panels through a container
with strong caustic soda, at such a speed that it was probably penetrated
the lye is achieved, but the cardboard does not disintegrate. The duration of contact
with the lye is only the usual strength and compression in the cellulose board
few seconds. Here, the total amount of lye is measured so that the cardboard tape
the entire lye content of the container evenly distributed over its length in
absorbs itself, with the distribution of the amount of lye over the entire length of the cardboard tape
by adjusting the belt speed.
um zerkleinert zu werden..The way of working is, for example, as follows: One
Roll of pulp board weighing 100 kg is held in a shallow container with strong
Caustic soda led. -The diving tank
becomes from a container
fed with lye, which absorbs aoo kg of lye. The superficially carried away
Lye is finitely weak pressure by a pair of rollers or by a Abstreifbleclh
stripped from the cardboard when leaving the dip tank. An actual squeezing out
of caustic should not take place, but there should be so much caustic in the outer layer
stick to the cardboard so that they penetrate the inside of the cardboard afterwards
can. The stripped lye runs back into the container. The dip tank is
expediently so ge = designed that the last remaining lye through the last end of the cardboard tape
can be included. The pulp loses when it comes into contact with the lye
significant in tear resistance; it has therefore proven expedient as well
pre-shod earlier, the cardboard by means of an endless ctm running belt,
z. B. made of wire mesh, to lead through the immersion tank; Chalkboards become functional
guided between two wire mesh tapes. The soaked cardboard falls into a shredder,
to be crushed ..
