Claims (14)

Patentansprüche
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Vielzahl von geformten Gegenständen aus thermoplastischer Zusammensetzung, die thermoplastisches polymeres Material umfaßt, bei dem eine kontinuierliche Zufuhr von thermoplastischer Zusammensetzung in geschmolzener Form erfolgt, diese kontinuierlich zu geschmolzenen Stücken geschnitten wird und die geschmolzenen Stücke mit Hilfe von Schneid- und Transfervorrichtungen in eine Formungsposition transferiert und die transferierten Stücke zu den gewünschten geformten Gegenständen geformt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusammensetzung ein Schmelze-Entformungsmaterial einschließt und sich eine Schmelze-Entformungsschicht auf den Schneid- und Transfervorrichtungen befindet und diese Schicht kontinuierlich durch Schmelze-Entformungsmaterial aus der geschmolzenen Zusammensetzung aufgefüllt wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die geschmolzene thermoplastische Zusammensetzung durch Extrusion durch eine Öffnung in einer Öffnungsfläche zugeführt wird und die zugeführte thermoplastische Zusammensetzung an der Öffnung zu den geschmolzenen Stücken geschnitten wird.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Schneid- und Transfervorrichtungen die Öffnungsfläche und ein flexibles Schneidblatt aufweisen, das über die Fläche streicht, wobei es nach hinten gebogen ist, um ein Stück von der Schmelze abzuschneiden und dann nach vorne springt, um das Stück in die Formungsposition zu projektieren.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Schneid- und Transfervorrichtungen eine Abschneidvorrichtung, durch die die kontinuierlich zugeführte thermoplastische Zusammensetzung zu Stücken geschnitten wird, und mindestens eine Transfer-
oberfläche aufweisen, durch die dife Stücke in die Formungsposition transferiert werden.
5. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die geformten Gegenstände in Behälterdeckel geformte Dichtungen sind und bei dem ein geschmolzenes Stück in jeden Deckel transferiert wird.
6. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Schmelze-Entformungsmaterial ein Material ausgewählt aus Fluorkohlenstoff polymeren, Organosiliciumpolymeren, Silikonölen und Kohlenwasserstoffölen umfaßt.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, bei dem das Schmelze-Entformungsmaterial Material ausgewählt aus Fluorkohlenstoffpolymeren und Organosiliciumpolymeren umfaßt.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, bei dem das Schmelze-Entformungsmaterial außerdem ein sekundäres Material ausgewählt aus Silikonölen und Kohlenwasserstoffölen umfaßt.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, bei dem das Schmelze-Entformungsmaterial außerdem ein Silikonöl umfaßt.
10. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Schmelze-Entformungsmaterial ein Fluoroelastomer umfaßt.
11. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Schmelze-Entformungsmaterial ein Siloxan umfaßt.
12. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Zusammensetzung außerdem ein Fettamid-Gleitmittel enthält.
13. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das thermoplastische Polymer ausgewählt ist aus Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Polymeren, Polyethylen und thermoplastischen Kautschuken.
14. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die geschmolzenen Stücke in einer Menge von mehr als 100 Stücken je Minute zugeschnitten und transferiert werden.
