Claims (3)

  1. Patentansprüche
    einen länglichen Schaft mit einer zentralen Längsachse; einen ersten Gewindeteil mit einem ersten Aussengewinde, welches in Längsrichtung längs eines ersten Teils des Schaftes angeordnet ist;
    einen zweiten Gewindeteil mit einem zweiten Aussengewinde, welches in Längsrichtung längs eines zweiten Teils des Schaftes angeordnet und dazu bestimmt ist, in eine Oberfläche, welche eine Ausnehmung im Knochen definiert, einzugreifen, wobei
    - das zweite Gewinde eine Vorderflanke und eine Hinterflanke aufweist, wobei
    - die Vorderflanke zur zentralen Längsachse des Schaftes in einem ersten spitzen Winkel angeordnet ist, und
    - die Hinterflanke zur zentralen Längsachse des Schaftes in einem zweiten spitzen Winkel, welcher grosser als der erste spitze Winkel ist, angeordnet ist und die Vorderflanke unter Bildung eines vom Schaft nach aussen abstehenden Scheitels schneidet; wobei
    der Schaft zur übertragung von Kräften von aussen auf den Schaft einen Antriebsteil aufweist, um den Schaft um seine zentrale Längsachse zu drehen und den zweiten Gewindeteil bei Anwendung der Kraft von aussen auf den Antriebteil in den Knochen einzuschrauben;
    eine Mutter zum Aufschrauben auf den ersten Gewindeteil, um beim Anzeihen der Mutter auf dem ersten Gewindeteil eine Zugkraft im Schaft auszuüben und die Scheitel des zweiten Gewindeteils im Knochen zu verankern; wobei der erste Gewindeteil zwischen dem zweiten Gewindeteil und dem Antriebsteil angeordnet ist.
  2. 2. Knochenschraube zur Verwendung mit einem Verbindungsglied, um einen Knochenteil mit dem Verbindungsglied zu verbinden, wobei die Knochenschraube aufweist:
    - einen länglichen Schaft, welcher aufweist:
    - eine zentrale Längsachse;
    - einen ersten Teil mit Aussengewinde zur Aufnahme einer Mutter mit Innengewinde, um das Verbindungsglied an der Knochenschraube zu befestigen; und
    - eine zweiten Teil mit Aussengewinde für ein gewindemässiges Eingreiffen in eine Oberfläche, welche eine Ausnehmung im Knochenteil definiert, um die Knochenschraube am Knochenteil zu besfestigen; und
    - am Schaft angeordnete Mittel, um in einen Teil der Oberfläche, welcher die Ausnehmung im Knochenteil definiert, einzugreifen, um die Bewegung der Knochenschraube gegenüber dem Knochenteil in einer quer zur zentralen Längsachse des Schaftes verlaufenden Richtung zu begrenzen und ein Ausschrauben aus der Ausnehmung des Knochenteils zu blockieren, wobei
    - diese Mittel zwischen dem ersten Teil mit Aussengwinde und dem zweiten Teil mit Aussengewinde angeordnet sind.
  3. 3. Knochenschraube zur Verwendung beim Verbinden eines Knochenteils mit einem Verbindungsglied, wobei die Knochenschraube aufweist:
    - einen an einem ersten Endteil der Knochenschraube vorgesehenen Einbauabschnitt zum Eingreifen in den Knochenteil; und
    - einem an einem zweiten Endteil der Knochenschraube vorgesehenen Verbindungsabschnitt zur Verwendung beim Verbinden der Knochenschraube mit dem Verbindungsglied; wobei
    — der Einbauabschnitt einen äusseren Einbau-Schraubengang besitzt, welcher aufweist:
    - eine Kernteil;
    - einen Scheitelteil;
    eine Vörderflanken-Oberflache, welche säcftffzwischen dem Kern- und dem Scheitelteil erstreckt und nach vorn in eine vom Verbindungsabschnitt wegweisende Richtung ge- · richtet ist; und
    eine Hinterflanken-Oberfläche, welche sich zwischen dem Kern- und dem Scheitelteil erstreckt und nach hinten in eine Richtung auf den Verbindungsabschnitt zu gerichtet ist; wobei
    - der Kernteil in einer die zentrale Längsachse der Knochenschraube umfassenen Radialebene im Querschnitt gekrümmt ist;
    - die Hinterflanken-Oberfläche vom Kernteil gegen den Scheitelteil hin nach rückwärts und nach aussen geneigt ist;
    - der Scheitelteil des Einbau—Schraubengangs vom vordersten Teil der Hinterflanken-Oberfläche um einen Abstand, welcher kleiner als der Krümmungsradius des gekrümmten Kernteils des Einbau-Schraubengangs ist, nach hinten versetzt ist, derart, dass zwischen dem Scheitel- und dem Kerteil des Einbau-Schraubengangs eine nach hinten gerichtete Ausnehmung gebildet wird, und dass zwischen benachbarten Windungen des Kernteils des Einbau-Schraubengangs ein weiter Zwischenraum gebildet wird, durch welchen der Knochen zwischen benachbarten Windungen des Einbau-Schraubengangs an einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten einer sich durch das Krümmungszentrum des Kernteils und lotrecht zur zentralen Längsachse der Knochenschraube erstreckenden Radialebene radial nach innen in den Zwischenraum eindringen kann, um eine feste Befestigung für die Knochenschraube im Knochen zu bewirken.
