Gleichstrom-Mischkondensator.
Überfälle u. dgl. anordnen.DC mixing capacitor. It is known that in the case of steam mixing condensers,
who work in direct current, use guide surfaces for the water jets and the steam,
which should bring about an intimate mixture of the two agents. The present
Invention relates to such capacitors of standing type and is thereby
characterized in that the guide surfaces are designed in such a way that those of them
flowing, veil-like distributed amounts of water the shape multiple concentric
possess interlocking cone shells with a common tip. The lower water level
in the condenser is kept at such a level that as complete as possible
Union of the water veil is achieved. In the space between the cone shells
the steam is introduced and condenses there already on the surfaces of the water veil,
but above all it is torn downwards by the water flow and ejector-like
thereby brought into intimate contact and mixing with the water, so that it is perfect
condensed. It is essential that the water flow is calm and closed
is going on, which is why high water velocities must be avoided. the end
For this reason, the water from the nozzles or showers has a natural gradient
let flow out and, if necessary, speed-reducing on the guide surfaces
Order raids and the like.
h.Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing. Fig. I shows the simplest overall arrangement according to the principles described above. It is a the cylindrical housing into which the steam is introduced at the top at b. At c water enters and distributes itself into the annular, concentric discharge nozzles d and d '. The falling water hits the guide plates e and e'-, which represent a cone-shaped guide device for the steam that converges downwards. The inclination of the lower metal sheets is chosen such that the flowing water veils f and f l close together completely further downwards, sucking in the steam between them like an ejector and causing complete condensation. The cooling water and the precipitated steam collect in the lower part of the condenser and are discharged at g, the air is extracted at h.
lassen.
k
und I abfließt. Diese dienen in bekannter Weise zum Nachkühlen
der nach 1a strömenden Luft. The embodiment of Fig. 2 differs from the previously described in that here on the lower edge of the baffles es and e collection belts i and i 'are attached, * which catch the water and raids in a similar form, as in Fig at a slower speed, let it fall down. This achieves a better holding together of the water threads and thereby increases the suction effect on the steam. Furthermore, the lower collecting channel i is designed in such a way that a veil of water k and I also flows outwards and downwards. These are used in a known manner to after-cool the air flowing according to 1a.
