Zyklonstaubabscheider.
Cyclone dust separator. It is already known today that fine dust can be successfully deposited in a cyclone system with cyclones of small diameter. However, if it is a question of cleaning larger amounts of gas or air in which dust is finely distributed, the structural solution of such separators is very difficult, because the main condition of the same C speed of the C gas flow into all cylinders of the separator this is practically difficult to keep.
The cyclone dust separator according to the invention enables this in that separating cylinders with tangential inlet connections are arranged around the distributor head on the circumference of the separator, the upper outlet ends of these separating cylinders opening into an upper conical body with a central outlet.
On the drawing is. schematically represents an embodiment of the invention Darge. Fig. 1 is partially a side overall view of the separator, partially a vertical right axial section; Fig. 2 is the associated horizontal cross-section, and Fig. 3 represents. in a larger Malistab represents a detail of Fig. 1.
In the illustrated arrangement, the circular distributor head 1 forms the most important part of the separator, since it influences the separation efficiency, whereby it is built in such a way that the flowing gas (air mixture) suffers as little pressure loss as possible and that the condition of the same gas inflow speed in all Separation cylinder 2 met. is.
The gas to be cleaned (air) is fed from below through a bogenför-shaped nozzle 3 and a rotary body 1 'of the distributor head 1. The body of revolution 1 forms. the lower part of the entry in the head 1 and leads. or directs the flowing, gaseous medium into the circumferential branches 4 of the head 1.
For this purpose, the head 1 is provided with a coaxial guide body 11, through which the axially entering stream of the gaseous medium is deflected in a horizontal direction before entering the branches to the separation cylinders.
These branches 1 (FIG. 2) are not tangential. only to the circumference of the head 1, but also to the relevant separating cylinders 2.
The ends of these tangential branches 4 of the distributor head 1 are provided with flanges 5 of rectangular shape, to which the tangential inlet connections of the separating cylinders are connected by means of suitable means. The shape of such a flange 5 with the associated flow cross section of the flat branch 4 can be seen from FIG. 3.
This arrangement has the advantage that, if necessary, each individual separating cylinder 2 can be removed separately from the separating system. The Abscheidez @ # linder2 go at the lower end, where, according to rulings and practical investigations, the possibility of swirling up dust is excluded, by means of a cone \ _ "into an outflow pipe 6 of smaller diameter,
through which the separated dust is directed into a collecting cone 7.
The dimensions and the number of separating cylinders \? depend on the requirements placed on the degree of purification of the gaseous medium. and on the amount of medium that is to pass through the system in the unit of time, taking into account the permissible pressure limits.
The upper, above the outlet ends of the separation cylinder? attached, hollow cone body 8 is arranged so that the ge purified, gaseous medium is sucked out of the separating cylinders through nozzle 9. is, which are connected by suitable flanges with ent, speaking, opposite nozzle 10, which are welded to the bottom of the ses cone body 8, namely at its circumference. The outlet connector 8 'of this conical body 8 opens in its center, whereby the same distance of the suction connector 9, 10 from the outlet 8' is achieved.
This measure also supports the rule of saturation of the individual separating cylinders? and thus the reliability of the effectiveness and the increase in the performance of the separator.
The upper cone body 8 has an inner wall 8 "which runs up from the mouth piece 10 to the central piece 8 'at an angle and at the same time forms the bottom of this Kegelkör pers ..
The lower collecting cone 7 catches the separated dust and has. one of the kind of inclination of the surface lines that the dust slides well along its inner surface to the lower slide outlet 12 (Fig. 1), which is conveniently designed as a chamber lock and allows the discharge of dust in certain quantities without secondary gas in the Collector arrives.
The cyclone separator described ar processed in such a way that the gaseous medium to be freed from the front dust is fed through the arcuate nozzle 3 in the axial direction to the rotary body 1 ′ and the distributor head 1. is, whereupon it occurs in the tangential branches 4 and in the individual separating cylinder 2 from small diameter, which are arranged on the circumference of the separator.
The cleaned gas is discharged through the upper cone body 8 through its outlet located in the middle. The separated dust collects in the un tern collecting cone 7.
Practical tests have shown that the efficiency of the described cyclone separator with lignite dust with a grain size of less than 10,000 meshes on the em2 is over 90%,
with a grain mix of dust in an amount of .50% below 10,000 meshes on the em2 and 50 0/0 10,000 to 900 meshes on the em2 above 98 0/0, with a diameter of the separator cylinder of 260 min.
According to the requirements, the efficiency can be increased up to 99% with a grain size below 10,000 by changing the diameter and the number of separating cylinders? be modified or the gas cleaned in two systems. becomes.
For separating particularly fine dust, for example with a grain size of 0 to 30, etc., the separating cylinders are made of glass instead of iron, which means that the coefficient of friction is significantly empty and the efficiency is increased up to 99 0/0, as mentioned above. These glass cylinders are also cheaper in the hot position.
