Es sind Karrenpflüge bekannt, bei welchen der Pflugbaum seitlich umgelegt werden kann und zwar dadurch, daß der Pflugbaum leicht lösbar mit der Vorderkarrenachse verbunden ist oder sogar lose auf derselben aufruht und mittels der von den Zugtieren an dem Zughaken ausgeübten Zugkraft während des Pflügens in sicherer Berührung mit dem Vordergestell gehalten wird. Die bisher bekannten Pflüge dieser Art zeigen jedoch den Übelstand, daß die leicht lösbare Verbindung der obenerwähnten Teile eine derartige ist, daß der Pflugbaum während des Pflügens nicht gezwungen ist, in einer zur Vorderkarrenachse senkrechten Lage zu beharren.
