Die dargestellte feuerhemmende Sandwichplatte umfasst eine erste Deckplatte 2, eine zweite Deckplatte 3, einen dazwischen angeordneten Kern 1 sowie eine um den Kern 1 herum zwischen der ersten Deckplatte 2 und der zweiten Deckplatte 3 angeordnete Randleiste 4. Die erste Deckplatte 2 besteht aus fünf miteinander verleimten Holzlagen 21-25, während die zweite Deckplatte 3 fünf miteinander verleimte Holzlagen 31-3 5 umfasst. An die sechs miteinander verleimte HoIzlagen 41-46 aufweisende Randleiste 4 ist von oben die Deckplatte 2 und von unten die Deckplatte 3 geleimt.
