The invention relates to a screed for the construction of wooden houses according to the preamble of claim 1.
In the case of common solid wood planks, fluctuations in the moisture content can lead to the formation of cracks and cracks and also to warping and bending of such planks.
By DE 297 22 944 Ul a screed of the type mentioned was known in which the individual planks are glued together from several laminate boards. The laminate boards are glued together in such a way that the direction of the wood fibers of all laminate boards runs in the longitudinal direction of the planks. In the case of these known planks, there is the disadvantage that fluctuations in the moisture content can lead to bending of the planks or to twisting of the planks. As a result, however, such planks are hardly usable anymore.
Largely avoided such dislocations can be only by the fact that the drying of the laminate boards is handled very carefully.
Furthermore, DE 41 03 031 A discloses a wooden support which has a core part laminated from laminate boards and side parts attached thereto which project laterally beyond the core part. The sides of laminate boards are glued together, with the laminate boards of the side parts perpendicular to the boards of the core part.
While this solution results in a certain stabilization, but it can also come with such supports to bending or twisting of the supports.
The object of the invention is to avoid these disadvantages and to propose a screed of the type mentioned, in which a distortion or bending of the planks is avoided.
This is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1 according to the invention.
The proposed measures ensure that the strains or shrinkages occurring when the moisture content changes do not lead to any distortion or bending of the screed, since the movements of the individual laminate boards are mutually locked. In this regard, it is favorable to provide the features of claim 2.
In this way, a particularly high degree of dimensional stability of such a screed is achieved.
According to a further feature of the invention, the features of claim 3 may be provided. In this way, the planks can be arranged very exactly one above the other and connected to each other.
By the features of claim 4 there is the advantage that the screed has an appearance that is substantially similar to that of a solid wood plank,
but has a much higher dimensional stability than a solid wood plank.
According to the features of claim 5, the advantages of the inventive planks can be provided in a simple manner for a wall element.
Due to the features of claim 6, the wall element can be formed without subsequent waste for recesses for doors and / or windows.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. Showing:
1 to 4 different embodiments of inventive planks in front view,
5 shows schematically two interconnected wall elements, which are made of inventive planks,
Fig. 6 shows schematically a compound of intersecting planks.
1 shows a first embodiment of a screed 1 according to the invention.
This screed 1 is composed of five laminate boards 2, 3, which are glued together. In this case, the wood fibers 11 of the laminate boards 1 extend in the longitudinal direction of the screed 1 and the wood fibers 11 of the laminate boards 3 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the screed 1. This measure results in a composite material that does not tend to warp or twist even with strongly fluctuating moisture content.
On two opposite sides of the screed 1 with spring-like projections 4 and recesses 5 is provided. In this case, the projections 4 are offset from one another on the opposite sides. As a result, two planks 1 can be placed on top of each other, wherein the projections 4 of a plank 1 can engage in the recesses 5 of the underlying screed 1 and connect the outer sides 6 of the two planks 1 substantially flat to each other.
2 shows a second embodiment of a plank 1 'according to the invention, which is constructed from three laminate boards 2, 3 which are glued together. In the case of the middle laminate board 2, the wood fibers 11 extend in the longitudinal direction of the screed 1, whereas in the case of the outer laminate boards 3, the wood fibers 11 run transversely to the longitudinal direction of the screed 1 '. Also in this embodiment, nut and spring-like projections 4 and depressions 5 are provided on two opposite sides, which are arranged offset from one another on the two sides.
In a third embodiment according to FIG. 3, the screed 1 "is formed from only two laminate boards 2, 3, whose wood fibers 11 extend in the longitudinal direction of the screed 1" and transversely thereto.
Nut- and spring-like projections 4 and recesses 5 are also provided on two opposite sides, which are offset from each other on the opposite sides.
4 shows a fourth embodiment of a plank 1 "'according to the invention, which is constructed from three laminate boards 2, 3 which are glued together, the wood fibers 11 extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the board 1"' in the middle laminate board 3, whereas, in the case of the outer laminate boards 2, the wood fibers 11 extend in the longitudinal direction of the board 1. In this embodiment too, groove-like and tongue-like projections 4 and depressions 5 are provided on two opposite sides, which are offset from one another on the two sides.
This embodiment of the screed 1 "'has the advantage that it can be planed well, which can be removed by the alignment of the wood fibers 11 on the outer sides 6 of the screed 1'" long chips.
All illustrated embodiments of the screed 1, 1 ', 1 ", 1'" have the advantages described in the first embodiment. In other embodiments of the inventive screed 1, 1 ', 1 ", 1"', the laminate boards 2, 3 may also have other arrangements and / or a different number of laminate boards 2, 3 may be provided.
As can be seen from Fig. 5, the planks, 1, 1 ', 1 ", 1'" can be superimposed and glued together, whereby wall elements 10 can be made. The wall elements 10 can be connected to each other at right angles.
It can, as can be seen from Fig. 6, one of the planks 1, 1 ', 1 ", 1'" on its upper side, and the other on its underside with a substantially up to half the height of the planks 1, 1st ', 1 ", 1'" be provided recesses into which the respective other screed 1, 1 \ 1 ", 1 '" engages. ,
In the wall element 10, the engaged nut and spring-like formations 4, 5 adjacent planks 1, l <1>, 1 ", 1" 'are glued together. By gluing results in a settlement-free and stable wall element. In particular, recesses 7 for doors and / or windows can be provided in the wall element 10. These recesses 7 may be provided already in the formation of the wall element 10, wherein a subsequent cutting is not required.
As a result, waste can be saved.
Two adjoining wall elements 10 can, as can be seen in FIGS. 5 and 6, take place by means of the recesses extending essentially to half the height of the planks 1, 1 ', 1 ", 1'". In other embodiments, it may also be provided that the wall elements 10 are screwed together at the corners, wherein the corners of the wall elements 10 projecting beyond the corners can be avoided.
