Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a wall or beam element according to the Preamble of claim 1 and one of such Solid wood wall made of elements.
In agriculture, especially in the stable area building with wood preserved almost without restriction and also Optimally proven because of a healthy indoor climate, long service life, favorable maintenance costs, environmental friendliness and simple Availability of the material benefits are different Building material can not offer to the same extent. The last one Time ascertainable cost development on the timber market and the scarcity of wooden beams of great strength (logs dimen sion) are more and more serious Disadvantages out; the main factor here is that it in the future it will be increasingly difficult to use solid wooden beams large diameter from logs to win that as the supporting elements for wooden structures are needed. But also the wood thicknesses for solid wood walls (block construction) will soon no longer be sufficient Amount available and are disproportionately expensive. At Wall elements are often already on the double-shell Construction passed, in which the board elements nailed and be isolated. The properties of such double scha liger wall elements have nowhere near the not to mention the positive properties of a solid wood wall from the fact that this construction was stamped as a "barrack construction" will and is undesirable.
One is therefore increasingly going for what has long been tried and tested Wood glue process over to the production cost that Difficulties in procuring materials and the positive ones Get a grip on the properties of the building material wood. With this wood glue process, however, the wood itself unwanted twists are not absorbed like this is the case with grown solid wood. However, it can from relatively weak and inexpensive wooden elements in Form of board goods glued elements of the necessary achieve and edit the wall thickness.
To connect such individual, side by side or stacked wood glued into a block boards receive individual wooden boards on one side a groove and on the other side a tongue, so that overall a tongue and groove wall structure is created. The feathers can be inserted as loose springs or as an integrated one Be part of the wooden element. The use The use of loose springs has decisive disadvantages because Moisture can penetrate the wooden element, in the Federkö water can accumulate so that the danger of There is rotting, and such wall elements are leaking can be caused by warping in grown wood is reinforced.
These disadvantages are avoided by milled springs. Milled springs of this type are the deciding factor end disadvantage that a considerable loss of material, such as up to 20%, has to be accepted because the material of the Wood element is weakened by the height of the cut.
The object of the invention is a glued wooden element, for. B. a solid wood element or a solid wood beam in groove and To create spring construction, in which foreign springs avoided be, but at the same time milling on the wood element for the spring and thus a loss of wood avoided can be.
This task is carried out with the characteristics of the indicator of the Claim 1 solved. Further refinements of the invention are the subject of the subclaims.
With the invention it is achieved that a large number of individual Wooden elements, e.g. B. wooden boards, to a solid wood wall element or bars can be composed, and that these Solid wood elements by tongue and groove connection with each other can be connected to a load-bearing wall without cutting losses can. The individual wall or beam elements have preferably the same height. In the preferred embodiment form of the invention is one or are two or more elements (Single boards) of a wall element from a block of Elements - seen in the section plane - in height shifted so that the other individual elements this one or more elements from the top of the block protrude and a spring for the block above form while this corresponding single element below a leaves corresponding recess free, which forms a groove. At Another embodiment of the invention is this Single element or are these individual elements in height formed larger or smaller than the other elements, so that these individual elements above and below equally far above the project other individual elements and both above and Form a spring at the bottom or equally far above and below are shortened inwards, creating a groove above and below arises. The tongue and groove connection of the wooden element in the case of the invention thus occurs exclusively through Moving a single element (board) in the parallel Level of the other individual elements within the block, see above that a loss of wood due to the formation of the tongues or grooves does not have to be accepted.
If for connection purposes in the course of a wall construction on the A flush top instead of a bottom Groove or a tongue or a groove instead of a tongue or conversely, it is only necessary that corresponding individual element in the formation of the solid wall to design the element accordingly. To all circumstances cover, the single connecting element is thus either the same length as the other individual elements, but in the level is offset in the full block element, whereby this single element has a groove on one side and on the other forms a spring on the other side. The single element can on the other hand also with a larger height dimension than the others Individual elements can be formed so that two springs on the achieved on both opposite sides of the full block will; becomes the single element with a smaller height dimension compared to the other individual elements, creates a full block with upper and lower groove.
Finally, in a further variant, the single element ment higher than the height of a spring remaining individual elements, so that on one side of the full block kes a spring and on the opposite side flush with the other individual elements is; analogously, this single element can have a lower height measurement than the other individual elements, where one is flush with the other Is single elements, and on the opposite side the smaller height dimension a groove is formed.
In a further embodiment of the invention, depending on the Purpose or application of such a wall or Beam element, one side (or both sides) be runs layers, so that z. B. a visible side special design or protection can and thus the possible uses for such Solid wood elements can be expanded considerably.
Because of the usual surface treatments, such Experience individual elements or the full block element as a whole, the necessary dimensions on tongue and groove equalized so that the tongue and groove connection good fit and high strength. In cases where the block element made from individual wooden elements not glued or rigid in addition to gluing Such solid wood elements are to be connected pierced and into the holes screws, nails, bolts or Similar lanyards are used. With certain Such a connection can also be used in applications fall.
The individual solid wood elements are preferably as Wall elements used by the tongue and groove joint with adjacent upper and lower solid wood elements be built into a load-bearing or non-load-bearing wall. In this case, the solid wood elements run horizontally Direction; however, it is also a standing use possible instead of a lying.
Es zeigt:The invention in connection with the drawing tion explained using exemplary embodiments. It shows:

Fig. 6 shows another embodiment of a connection with other, different elements.
In the known embodiment according to FIG. 1, a Vollholzele is ment 1 connected to an arranged underneath timber element 2 via a loose tongue 3, the element in a groove 4 of the timber 1 and a groove is inserted 5 of the timber element 2. With 6 the moisture path is shown and dashed lines indicated how the moisture enters the tongue and groove connection and water accumulates in the spring quiver.
In a likewise known embodiment according to FIG. 2, a solid wood element 7 has a groove 8 into which a milled tongue 9 of an underlying solid wood element 10 engages. The problems of an embodiment according to FIG. 1 with regard to moisture and leakage are thus eliminated. Due to the milled spring 9 , however, there is a considerable loss of material on the block element 10 to the extent of dimension V, so that such a solution is very inefficient.
In contrast, the invention is shown in Fig. 3 using two stacked solid wood elements 11 , 12 , which are connected by tongue and groove, each of the solid wood elements consists of individual wood elements 13 -19, which in the illustrated embodiment (with the exception of the Front indicated drainage channel 20 ) have an identical height. The wooden elements 13-19 are in the form of glued together wooden boards leads, with the exception of the wooden element 16 on the upper side and the underside, while the wooden element 16 , which has the same height dimension as the wooden elements 13-15 and 17-19 has shifted upwards in its longitudinal plane and the upwardly projecting part 21 of the wooden element 16 forms a spring, while the lower limit 22 of the wooden element 16 in conjunction with the side sections of the mutually facing Seitenab sections of the wooden elements 15 and 17 forms a groove 23 , in which the spring 21 corresponding spring 24 of the underlying solid wood element 12 engages. N is schematically shown a milled groove, which is also used in known solid wood elements.
The embodiment according to FIG. 4 corresponds to that according to FIG. 3, with the exception that instead of a single wooden element 21 according to FIG. 4, which corresponds in height to the other individual wooden elements and upwards a tongue, but downwards a groove for the entire solid wood element forms, a single wood element 25 is provided, which projects above and below the other wood elements 29 from the solid wood element 28 and forms a spring both in the upper region 26 and in the lower region 27 . This means that a corresponding individual wooden element 32 , 33 is provided in the solid wood element 30 , 31 arranged above and below it, which is shortened and forms two grooves together with the other wooden elements.
In Fig. 5 the formation of a solid wood wall as a supporting wall of a hall, for. B. a riding hall, shown in which individual solid wood elements 11 , 12 or 28 , 30 , 31 , as shown in Fig. 3 or 4, arranged one above the other and connected with tongue and groove. In the overall wall, a window 34 is shown, which is integrated into this solid wood wall.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 6, part of a solid wood wall is shown as a supporting wall in cross section, in which two rows of solid wood elements 35 , 36 arranged one above the other by a continuous or discontinuous wall strip or wall section 37 or elements 37 of different design and different Materials, e.g. B. plastic plates are separated from each other. Such a wall strip 37 is, for. B. as a continuous or arranged in sections, made of glass, plastic or the like. Existing transparent light band, or a z. B. in cassette or plate construction made of different material wall part or wall section. The upper end 38 of the wall strip 37 engages as a tongue into the groove 39 of the upper timber element 35, while the lower end 40 engages the wall strip 37 as the spring into the groove 41 of the lower timber element 36th The joints 42 , 43 between the wall strips 37 and the groove 39 and 41 are sealed to the outside at the transition points 44 , 45 .
