Description
Beschreibung
Die Neuerung betrifft den konstruktiven Dachaufbau einer Solar- Dachkonstruktion.
Dachaufbauten, in der wie folgt beschrieben Anordnung sind meines Wissens nach noch nicht bekannt.
Während die bekannten Solardächer den grossen Nachteil haben, daß sie das Bild einer harmonischen Dachlandschaft zerstören und dem
Auge des Betrachters ein Bild von quadratmetergrossen, aufgerissenen Dachflächen bieten.
Der Neuerung liegt der Gedanke zugrunde, Solaraggregate unter einer einheitlichen, maßstabsgerechten Dachhaut
aus Lichtpfannen anzuordnen.
Pfannendeckungen aus Beton oder Ton, die auf der Oberseite eingeformte
Solarzellen aufweisen, sind bekannt und tragen zum harmonischen Landschaftsbild bei, haben jedoch den Nachteil, daß
die Solaraggregate der Witterung ausgesetzt sind.
An diesem Punkt setzt die Erfindung ein.
Es wird vorgeschlagen, Solarmodule (5) auf Unterspannbahnen (8) oder auf Docken (12) anzuordnen und mit Lichtpfannen (1) abzudecken.
Der grosse Vorteil dieser Erfindung besteht vornehmlich darin, daß unter dieser transparenten Dachhaut, sowohl wettergeschützte,
Solarmodule, als auch zusätzlich Kollektoren im Hybridsystem anzuordnen sind.
Die Unterspannbahn (8) mit ihren untereinander in Wirkverbindung stehenden Solarmodulen (5) sind abrollbar und zwischen Dachsparren (7)
und Konterlattung (6) einspannbar.
Unterspannbahnen (8) mit Bifacialmodulen (10) sind zusätzlich mit einer auf
Abstand angeordnete Spiegelfolie (11) z.B. auf Dämmplatte (13) zu versehen.
Auf der Oberseite der Docken (12) oder Unterseite der Lichtpfanne (1) angeordnete
Solarmodule (5) z.B. im Dünnschicht aufgebracht, lassen das Erscheinungsbild einer harmonischen Dachlandschaft unberührt.
Anhand der Abbildungen wird der konstruktive Aufbau der Solar-Dachkonstuktionen
im einzelnen näher beschrieben:

Solarmodulbeschichtung (8).
Figur 5 stellt eine Solarzelle (5) mit einer bruchsicheren Kunststoffummantelung
(9) auf Unterspannbahn (8) dar, die gelenkartig mit benachbarten Solarzellen (5) durch flexible Stromleitungen
verbunden sind und untereinander in Wirkverbindung stehen.
Figur 6 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel mit Anordnung von Bifacialzellen (10)
mit darunter auf Abstand angeordneter Spiegelfolie (11).
Figur 7 stellt den Dachaufbau mit glasheller Docke (12) und teilweiser Anordnung
von Solarmodulen (5) dar, so daß durch die Transparenz der Dachhaut das Sonnenlicht auf Kollektor (4) auftrifft.
Figur 8 zeigt die glashelle Docke (12) mit Bifacialzelle (10) und Spiegelfolie (11).
Figur 9 stellt den Dachaufbau mit Lichtpfannen (1) auf Dachlatte (2) und zwischen
Konterlattung (6) und Sparren (7) eingespannte Unterspannbahn (8) dar. Kollektor (4) für die Warmwassergewinnung ist zwischen Dachsparren (7)
angeordnet.
Figur 10 zeigt den dazugehörigen Horizontalschnitt der Figur
Figur 11 zeigt Lichtpfanne (1) auf glasheller Docke (12) mit Solarmodul (5)
auf angeformter, transparenter Dachlattung (2). Dachlattung (2) bildet mit Kollektor (4) ein Fertigelement.
Figur 12 stellt Lichtpfannen (1) auf angeformten Dachlatten (2) und zwischen
Konterlattung (6) angeordneten Kollektor (4) dar, sowie Wärmedämmung (13) mit Dampfsperre (14) und Verbreiterung (15) zwischen

Claims (1)
- 9*SchutzansprücheSolar- Dachkonstruktion dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Lichtpfannen (1) auf glashelle Dachlattenprofile (2) montierbar sind und auf Unterspannbahnen (8) angeordnete Solarmodule (5) witterungsgeschützt abdecken.Solar- Dachkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dachlattenprofil (2) u-förmig mit ein-oder beidseitig angeordneten Flanschen (3) gestaltet ist und mittels Nagelung auf Konterlattung (6) montierbar ist.Solar- Dachkonstruktion nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Kollektoren (4) zwischen Konterlattung (6) oder zwischen Sparren (7) angeordnet sind und durch die transparente Dachhaut direkt mit Sonnenenergie gespeist werden.Solar- Dachkonstruktion nach den Ansprüchen 1,2 und 3 daurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flexible, glashelle Unterspannbahn (8) ganz- oder teilweise mit Solarmodulen (5) versehen ist.Solar- Dachkonstruktion nach den Ansprüchen 1,2,3 und 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß flexible Solarmodule (5) die Unterspannbahn (8) bilden.Solar- Dachkonstruktion nach den Ansprüchen 1,2,3,4 und 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die glashelle Unterspannbahn (8) Bifacialzellen (10) aufweist, die mit einer auf Abstand angeordneten Spiegelfolie (11) in Wirkverbindung stehen.Solar- Dachkonstruktion nach den Ansprüchen 1,2,3,4,5 und 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß glashelle Docken (12) auf der Sonnenseite flexible Solarmodule (5) aufweisen, die bei teilweiser Anordnung, Sonnenlicht auf Kollektoren (4) übertragen.Solar- Dachkonstruktion nach den Ansprüchen 1,2,3,4,5,6 und 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Docken (12) mit einer dünnschichtigen Solarhaut versehen sind.Solar- Dachkonstruktion nach den Ansprüchen 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 und 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite des Kollektors (4) angeformte Dachlattenprofile (2) aufweist und eine Einheit bilden.
