Beschreibung: Description :

Kipprohr mit Schwimmersteuerung und KugelventilTilting pipe with float control and ball valve

In rural areas (without a sewer connection) there has recently been an increase in the number of plant beds created for biological wastewater treatment. Plant beds are areas with perforated PE pipes, filled with sand and planted with aquatic plants, into which wastewater is fed for the purpose of biological treatment. The inflow from the three-chamber septic tanks is very low and irregular. This means that only a small part of the plant bed is irrigated at any one time.

The invention specified in claim 1 is based on the problem of creating a device with which the plant bed can be watered evenly and sufficiently.

To achieve this, the pipes need to be filled in bursts. The invention ensures that all aquatic plants are supplied with sufficient wastewater for biological treatment. The discharge amount can be adjusted depending on the size of the plant bed.

Der Mechanismus der Erfindung funktioniert ohne Energie. The mechanism of the invention works without energy.

Funktionsweise:Functionality:

The waste water from the various three-chamber septic tanks flows through the inlet (item 1) a.) into a collecting shaft (item 19)

b.) durch ein Füllrohr (Pos. 17) in die Füllöffnung (Pos.12) des Kipprohres (Pos.4).b.) through a filling pipe (item 17) into the filling opening (item 12) of the tilting pipe (item 4).

The tilting pipe (item 4) fills up to the outlet opening (item 8), excess water runs into the collecting shaft (item 19) until the set water level is reached. The water level can be regulated using the mechanism shown in positions 10/11 and 22/23.

*As the water level in the shaft (item 19) rises, the float (item 10) rises according to the water level and thus moves the rod (item 22) attached to it upwards and presses the stop disc (item 23) onto the movably adjustable pipe (item 11) in which the rod (item 22) is loosely located. As the water level continues to rise, the tilting pipe rises slightly above the horizontal position and tilts into the 2nd position (item 5) due to the amount of water shifted to the left. The tilting process is ended by the stop (item 6). In this position, the water flows out through an adjustable opening (item 7). During the tilting process, the ball (item 13) rises out of the opening of the outlet pipe (item 14). The set amount of water can thus flow into the plant bed. When the water has completely drained, the tilting pipe (item 5) moves back to the first position (item 4) until it reaches the stop (item 6) due to the shift in weight (the right part of the pipe is heavier). The ball (item 13) then closes the outlet opening (item 14) again. This process repeats itself continuously. *
