Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf das Gebiet des Personenschutzes bei Flugunfällen.The invention relates to the field of personal protection in the event of aircraft accidents.

Ausgehend vom Ziel der Erfindung besteht die Aufgabe darin, ein Sicherheitssystem zu finden, daß die Sicherheit der Passagiere bei Havarien (Crash, Notlandung) erhöht. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe gelöst, indem zusätzlich zum bereits beschriebenen Prallpolstersystem die Sitzposition des Passagiers dahingehend geändert wird, daß er beim Aufprall rückwärts zur Bewegungsrichtung sitzt. Da der Platz in einem Flugzeug sehr begrenzt ist, muß eine Sitzkonstruktion gefunden werden, die auf engstem Raum beide Sitzpositionen ermöglicht. Erfindungsgemäß wird dieses erreicht, indem bei einem fest im Kabinenboden verankerten Sitz die Sitzfläche und die Lehne symmetrisch ausgeführt werden (Fig. l.a). Über einen Gelenkmechanismus G, der seine Rotationsachse in der Sitzflächenmitte hat, kann die Lehne in beide Sitzpositionen geschwenkt werden. Der Mechanismus G ist mit entsprechenden Rastpunkten und mechanischen Verstärkungen ausgestattet, um in der jeweiligen Sitzposition die notwendige Festigkeit zu erhalten. Die Armlehne wird genauso symmetrisch ausgeführt und kann über einen an der Lehne befestigten Schwenkmechanismus mit entsprechenden Rastpunkten und Verstärkungen nach vorn oder nach hinten geschwenkt werden. Der Sicherheitsgurt ist für beide Sitzpositionen jeweils einmal vorhanden oder aber über einen Durchlaufmechanismus an beide Sitzpositionen anpaßbar. Die Auslösung des Verschiebens kann zentral (vom Cockpit aus) oder individuell und manuell oder automatisch erfolgen. Das Schwenken des Sitzes ist nur bei geöffnetem Sicherheitsgurt möglich. Notfalls muß sich der Gurt automatisch bei Auslösung des Schwenkvorganges lösen. Der Passagier setzt sich nach dem Schwenkvorgang in den Sitz aus der unmittelbar vor ihm stehenden Reihe. The armrest is also designed symmetrically and can be swiveled forwards or backwards using a swivel mechanism attached to the backrest with corresponding locking points and reinforcements. The seat belt is available once for both seating positions or can be adjusted to both seating positions using a continuous mechanism. The movement can be triggered centrally (from the cockpit) or individually and manually or automatically. The seat can only be swiveled when the seat belt is open. In an emergency, the belt must release automatically when the swiveling process is triggered. After the swiveling process, the passenger sits down in the seat in the row immediately in front of him. For the front row, appropriate emergency seats must be permanently installed on the cabin wall.

Zum einen kann man den Gelenkmechanismus G durch eine Gleitschiene GS mit Rasthalterungen ersetzen und so die Lehne in die benötigte Position relativ zur Sitzfläche schieben (Fig. l.b). Es ist auch denkbar, den Sitz um einen Verankerungspunkt aufzubauen, wobei die Lehne um diesen Punkt geschwenkt wird und die Sitzfläche mittels einer Gleitschiene GS mit Rasthalterungen relativ zum Verankerungspunkt verschoben wird (Fig. l.c).Other designs for the passenger seat are possible, which are shown in Fig. l.b and Fig. l.c.
