Das saubere Entgraten von Werkstücken aus Kunststoff ist bisher zeit- und kostenaufwendig und wird entweder von Hand oder mit Hilfe von komplizierten Werkzeugsystemen durch Abtasten der Entgratungsstellen durchgeführt. Das neuerungsgemäße Werkzeug ist auf einer Drehachse schwimmend gelagert und wird von einem Rotorkopf aufgenommen und geführt. Der Werkzeugträger ist in einem auf der Drehachse gelagerten Tragarm angeordnet, an dessen einem Ende Federstifte von zwei entgegengesetzten Seiten aus in Anlage stehen, so daß der Tragarm und damit das am entgegengesetzten Ende des Tragarmes angeordnete Entgratungswerkzeug in beiden Richtungen auslenken und das Werkzeug dem Verlauf der Entgratungskante des Werkstückes selbsttätig folgt. Das Andrücken des Entgratungsmessers an die zu entgratende Werkstückkante kann wahlweise über Zahnsegmente mit gegenläufigen Zahnrädern über motorischen Antrieb und/oder über Federkraft erfolgen.The new tool is mounted floating on a rotary axis and is held and guided by a rotor head.
