Description
The invention relates to a mineral wool product, in particular a mineral wool mat, plate, mineral wool molded element or the like, consisting of a mineral wool fleece and/or several mineral wool slats connected to one another and at least one lamination applied to a main surface in the form of a film made of plastic, metal, a glass fleece, other paper, fiber fleece, composite films made of the same or different materials or the like.
Such mineral wool products are known from the state of the art. They are used for heat and/or sound insulation in buildings. In particular, such mineral wool products are used for facade and/or roof insulation. However, other areas of application for such mineral wool products are also known. For example, such mineral wool products are used for the thermal insulation of pipes.
Die Kaschierung kann hierbei auch nur auf die Fläche aufgebracht werden, die keine Markierungslinien aufweist.DE-C-36 12 858 discloses a mineral fiber web in roll form that is cut into lengths whose length corresponds to the width of a rafter field between roof rafters plus an excess for the clamping effect. For this purpose, the mineral fiber web has marking lines on one side that can be created during the manufacture of such a mineral fiber web by a rotating roller with linear heating zones. However, such mineral fiber products have the disadvantage that the marking lines, which also run transversely to the longitudinal extension, can only be introduced by means of thermal action on the mineral fibers. The disadvantage here is that this previously known mineral fiber web is not covered with a lamination arranged on one side. The lamination can also only be applied to the surface that does not have any marking lines.
Based on this state of the art, the invention is based on the object of creating a mineral wool product which is simplified in terms of its processability, namely its identifiability and its ability to be cut to size to suit the conditions at the workplace, and is thus designed to be cost-effective to manufacture.
The solution to this problem is that the lamination has a marking that is arranged at a certain distance parallel to a longitudinal edge.
A mineral wool product designed in this way, which in particular has the shape of a mineral fiber sheet according to DIN 18165-1, thus has a lamination arranged on one side, which has at least one marking. This design makes it easier to cut the mineral fiber sheet without the need for suitable measuring tools. This results in advantages in terms of processing speed, particularly when manufacturing, i.e. cutting mineral fiber sheets to length for the insulation of pipes. The mineral wool product also includes insulation felts and insulation mats.
The marking is preferably designed as a scale and consists in particular of a large number of evenly spaced lines. These scales can be arranged on one or both of the long edges of the mineral wool mats. In the case of wide mineral wool mats, the scales can also be attached near the center line, as well as on the long or end edges. The scales can be printed in color or embossed into the surface of metal, plastic foils, paper, fleece or composite foils. It is also possible to glue the scales or markings on.
Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß die Markierung aus Zahlen, Buchstaben, Pictogrammen oder dergleichenAccording to a further feature of the invention, the marking consists of numbers, letters, pictograms or the like
This design has the advantage that the marking not only indicates dimensions, but also indicates other properties of the mineral wool product. For example, the manufacturing company, the type of mineral wool panel, mat or the like can be indicated. Between the numbers, letters, pictograms or similar meaningful symbols, dashed lines can be arranged, which in combination with the previously mentioned meaningful symbols represent the markings and, for example, result in the scaling, whereas the letters, numbers, pictograms or the like provide information for the people processing the product.
According to a further feature of the invention, the width of the gap between the long edge and the marking corresponds to half the width of a covering adhesive tape. In the case of sections of the mineral wool product that are butted against one another, the scales that are visible from the outside can thus be covered with an adhesive tape. In particular, in the case of pipes insulated with these mineral wool products, a uniform surface of the insulation is then obtained, without the marking, which is advantageous for processing the insulation or the mineral wool products, still being visible after the work has been completed.
The adhesive tape consists in particular of the material of the lamination, so that a uniform surface can also be achieved with regard to the material of the lamination.
Somit kann das Mineralwolleprodukt an seinen beiden Längskanten gleich bearbeitet werden, bzw. die gegenüberliegenden Markierungen miteinander verbunden werden, um einen geraden Schnitt rechtwinklig zu den LängskantenAccording to a further feature of the invention, the marking is arranged on two longitudinal edges running parallel to one another. The mineral wool product can thus be processed equally on both of its longitudinal edges, or the opposing markings can be connected to one another in order to make a straight cut at right angles to the longitudinal edges.
This makes it easier to cut the mineral wool product to length, for example for attachment to a pipe with a certain diameter and thus a certain circumference. The pipe sheathing can thus be cut off from a mineral fibre sheet to fit perfectly before the sheathing is then attached to the pipe by connecting the ends of the mineral fibre sheet that meet in the longitudinal direction with an adhesive strip.
It has proven advantageous to form the lamination from an aluminum composite film. Such an aluminum composite film has a high tensile strength and additional thermal insulation properties.
In addition, it is advantageous that the distances between individual markings correspond to the length of the markings. The distance between the long edge and the marking is preferably 10 to 30 mm, preferably 20 to 25 mm, in particular 20 mm. The markings consist of bars, each of which covers an area of 2.5 to 8 mm, preferably 5 to 6 mm by 30 to 70 mm, preferably 50 mm. These dimensions have proven to be advantageous in that the markings only cover an area that is necessary to ensure that the markings are clearly visible. Finally, the markings can be applied to the lamination or punched out of the lamination. The markings can, for example, be printed in color or embossed into the surface of metal, plastic films, paper, fleece or composite films. In addition to rectangles, other geometric shapes such as lines, dots, circles, triangles or the like can also be used for the markings. Preferably, such markings are arranged on pipe shells with lengths between 0.5 and 2 m, on plates between 0.5 and 2.5 m in length and width, and on mats and slatted mats with a width of 0.5 to 2.5 m and a length of 1.5 to 20 m.
A marking 5 is applied to the lamination 3 along a longitudinal edge 4 of the slatted mat 1. The marking 5 consists of a scale that has a plurality of line bars 6. The line bars 6 have a length that corresponds to the distance between the line bars 6. The line bars 6 are also aligned parallel to the longitudinal edge 4 of the slatted mat 1.
Figure 2 shows a section of the slatted mat 1 according to Figure 1. Here, it can be seen that the line bars 6 are arranged in the immediate vicinity of the longitudinal edge 4. The line bars 6 are 20 mm apart from the longitudinal edge 4 of the slatted mat 1. In addition, each line bar 6 is 50 mm long and 5 mm wide. Accordingly, the spaces 7 between the line bars 6 are also 50 mm long, so that the marking 5 has the usual scaling properties.
Figure 3 shows four examples of possible markings 5. It can be seen that the markings 5 can also consist of letters and/or numbers as well as pictograms. The letters and/or numbers as well as pictograms can be separated from each other by a line bar 6. However, it is also possible for the line bars 6 to be arranged in such a way that the letters and/or numbers are not interrupted by these line bars 6. It is also possible for no further line bars to be provided in addition to the letters and/or numbers and/or pictograms. For example, the letters and/or numbers can also represent the possible scaling if the letters and/or numbers or the like are designed to be the same size so that both their extension at right angles to the longitudinal edge 4 of the slatted mat 1 and their width parallel to the longitudinal edge 4 of the slatted mat 1 are uniform.
The markings 5 can be printed on the lamination 3 or embossed or punched into the lamination 3.
Selbstverständlich ist es auch möglich,The markings 5 on the lamination 3 of the slatted mat 1 provide a cutting aid for easier orientation when cutting the slatted mat 1. The arrangement of the marking 5 on the lamination 3 essentially eliminates the need for measuring tools or the like, since the marking 5 facilitates the corresponding cutting due to its scaling properties. Of course, it is also possible to
Weiterhin besteht die Möglichkeit, daß bei breiten Lamellenmatten 1 mehr als zwei Markierungen 5, beispielsweise eine ergänzende Markierung in der Mitte der Lamellenmatte 1 vorgesehen ist.that the markings 5 are arranged not only on one longitudinal edge 4 of the slatted mat 1, but on both longitudinal edges 4 of the slatted mat 1. Furthermore, there is the possibility that with wide slatted mats 1 more than two markings 5 are provided, for example an additional marking in the middle of the slatted mat 1.
Diese Markierungen 5 verlaufen parallel zu den Längskanten 4 in Umfangsrichtung der Rohrleitung 8.Figure 4 shows the use of the sections of the slatted mat 1 shown in Figure 2. For this purpose, Figure 4 shows a pipeline 8 which is covered on its outside with slatted mat sections 9. Here, the markings 5 on the slatted mat sections 9 can be seen. These markings 5 run parallel to the longitudinal edges 4 in the circumferential direction of the pipeline 8.
Each slatted mat section 9 is arranged on the pipeline 8 in such a way that the front edges 10 (see Figure 2) of the slatted mat section 9 are flush with one another. The front edges 10 are then covered with an adhesive strip 11 and connected to one another.
A further adhesive strip 12 is arranged between two adjacent slatted mat sections 9 in such a way that it connects the adjacent slatted mat sections 9 in the longitudinal axis direction of the pipeline 8 and covers the markings 5 of adjacent slatted mat sections 9 in such a way that a uniform surface without markings 5 is produced overall. The adhesive strip 12 also consists of an aluminum composite film so that an overall uniform surface can be achieved on the pipeline 8. The width of the adhesive strip 12 therefore corresponds to twice the distance between the longitudinal edge 4 and the marking 5 plus the width of the line bar 6. Adhesive strips 12 with a width of 50 to 100 mm are preferably used for this purpose.
Beispielsweise ist dieInstead of the described slatted mat, other mineral wool products can also be designed according to the invention. For example, the
The design according to the invention is also possible with mineral wool mats in which the fibers are predominantly arranged at right angles to the laminated surface. This fiber arrangement enables a high lateral compressibility. The invention can also be used with insulating felts.
