Beschreibung:
Blumentopfänliche Gefäße, an der Oberkante stark nach außen abgerundet oder gekröpft. Bezeichnend für diesen Schutzanspruch ist die Abrundung oder Kröpfung nach außen. Diese Abrundung oder Kröpfung bewirkt, daß die Schnecke keine Fläche (halt) zum überwinden vorfindet und somit nicht in die Gefäße vordringen kann. Diese Gefäße sind an keine feste Form gebunden und können auch aus verschiedenem Material wie Ton, Altpapier, Blech oder Kunststoff hergestellt werden.

  1. Schutzanspruch
    Blumentopfänliche Gefäße, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus Altpapier, Blech oder Kunststoff bestehenden Gefäße an der Oberkante nach außen eine runde oder eckige Kröpfung aufweist, wobei bei Gefäßen aus Blech oder Kunststoff an den Seitwänden Löcher vorgesehen sind.
