24 Teile der Kunstharzlösung PE-V-5 werden mit 12 Teilen Titan- dioxid, 0,5 Teil eines Fließfähigkeitsreglers ("Modaflow" von der Monsanto Chemical Co. Ltd., ) und 4,0 Teilen Methyläthylketon versetzt, worauf man das Gemisch mit einer Sandmühle dispergiert, so daß die dispergierte Teilchengröße kleiner als 10 μΐη ist. Hierauf versetzt man das dispergierte Gemisch mit 56 Teilen der Kunstharzlösung V-2 und 3,5 Teilen Methyläthyl- keton und vermengt das erhaltene Gemisch unter Rühren zu einer Pigmentdispersion. Die Dispersion wird in 2000 Teile Wasser von 15 0C getropft und mit hoher Geschwindigkeit gerührt, um die Pigmentdispersion zu emulgieren, das Lösungsmittel in
Die Umsetzung wird wie bei der Herstellung der in Beispiel 3 verwendeten Polyester-modifizierten Vinylharzlösung PE-V-3 durchgeführt, jedoch verwendet man kein Polyesterharz PE-2. Hierbei erhält man eine Kunstharzlösung mit einem Gehalt an nicht-flüchtigen Komponenten von 59,8 %. Das Kunstharz hat eine Säurezahl von 11,9, eine Hydroxylzahl von 55 und ein Ge-Wichtsmittel des Molekulargewichts von 13 100. 24 Teile der erhaltenen Kunstharzlösung werden mit 12 Teilen Titandioxid

Titandioxid, 0,5 Teil eines Fließfähigkeitsreglers ("Modaflow" von der Monsanto Chemical Co. Ltd.) und 4,0 Teilen Methyläthylketon versetzt, worauf man das Gemisch mit einer Sandmühle dispergiert, so daß die dispergierte Teilchengröße
kleiner als 10 μη ist. Das dispergierte Gemisch wird mit
32 Teilen der Kunstharzlösung PE-AV-3, 24 Teilen der Kunstharzlösung PV-5 und 3,5 Teilen Methyläthylketon vermischt,
worauf man das erhaltene Gemisch unter Rühren zu einer homo-
und mit hoher Geschwindigkeit gerührt wird, um die Pigmentdispersion zu emulgieren, das Lösungsmittel in Wasser zu
extrahieren und Kunstharzteilchen zu bilden. Das Filtrieren und Waschen mit Wasser werden wiederholt, wobei ein wasserhaltiger Kuchen von Kunstharzteilchen mit einer durchschnittlichen Größe von etwa 100 um erhalten wird. Der Wassergehalt des Kuchens beträgt etwa 50 %. 100 Teile des wasserhaltigen Kuchens werden mit 0,25 Teil einer 40prozentigen wäßrigen Lösung eines nicht-ionogenen Netzmittels ("Emalgen 930" von der Kao Atlas Co. Ltd.) mit einem HLB-Wert von 15,1 und 1,5 Teilen einer lOprozentigen wäßrigen Lösung eines Verdickungsmittels versetzt, das aus einem Alkalimetallsalz
eines Acrylsäure-Copolymerisats besteht, worauf man das Gemisch mit einer Sandmühle dispergiert, um die Kunstharzteilchen fein zu pulverisieren. Hierbei erhält man eine Dispersionsfarbe, die Kunstharzteilchen mit einer durchschnittlichen Größe von 15 μπι enthält und einen pH von 7,7 aufweist.

Claims (14)
Dispersion, enthaltend feine hitzehärtbare Kunstharzteilchen aus
(ii) mindestens einem α,ß-monoäthylenisch ungesättigten Monomer und gegebenenfalls einem eine Phosphorsäu-
(ii)" 95 bis 50 Gewichtsprozent eines copolymerisierbaren α,β-monoäthylenisch ungesättigten Monomers, das von dem Monomer (ii) ' verschieden ist, enthält.
(ii) '" 0,5 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent einer α,Β-monoäthylenisch
(ii) mindestens ein α,β-monoäthylenisch ungesättigtes Monomer enthält,
(D) die erforderliche Menge an Wasser enthält.
(iv) 5 bis 30 Gewichtsprozent eines N-alkoxymethylierten
(iv) ein N-alkoxymethyliertes Monomer eines a,ß-monoäthylenisch ungesättigten Carbonsäureamide und (ii) mindestens ein α,β-monoäthylenisch ungesättigtes Monomer enthält, erhalten worden ist, und
