Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von teilweise bekannten substituierten Triazin-2,4-dionen als Insektizide.
Triazin-2,4-dione sowie ihre insektizide Wirksamkeit sind bereits bekannt geworden (Deutsche Offenlegungsschrift
2 543 497). Jedoch befriedigt ihre Wirksamkeit vor allem bei niederen Aufwandkonzentrationen nicht immer.
Triazin-2,4-dione sind außerdem bekannt geworden aus A.Etienne
et al, C.R.Acad. Sc Paris (1976) Serie C 537 ff. Doch ist
nichts über die insektizide Wirksamkeit der dort offenbarten
Verbindungen bekannt geworden.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die teilweise bekannten substituierten Triazin-2,4-dione der allgemeinen Formel (I)

R für Alkyl und Alkenyl mit bis zu 20 C-Atomen sowie für Phenyl oder Naphthyl, die gegebenenfalls durch Halogen,
Nitro, niederes Alkyl mit 1-4 C-Atomen substituiert sind, steht und
R für Alkyl mit 5-10 C-Atomen, das gegebenenfalls substituiert
ist steht sowie für Aryl steht
ausgezeichnete insektizide Eigenschaften besitzen.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Wirkstoffe zeigen bei günstiger
Toxizität bessere Wirksamkeit
als die vorbekannten Wirkstoffe ähnlicher Konstitution. Die neue Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe stellt somit eine
Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) in denen
R für Alkyl mit 5-10 C-Atomen steht, das gegebenenfalls
substituiert ist und
R die oben angegebene Bedeutung besitzt und
R zusätzlich für Aryl steht, wenn R für durch Halogen,
Nitro oder niederen Alkyl mit 1-4 C-Atomen substituiertes Phenyl oder Naphthyl sowie für unsubstituiertes Naphthyl
steht
sind neu und ebenfalls Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Die neuen Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) werden erhalten, inden man
a) bissilylierte Carbonsäureamide der allgemeinen Formeln

(IV) mit Verbindungen umsetzt, aus denen im Verlauf der Reaktion die Isocyanate der Formel (III) frei werden.
Verwendet man Bis-trimethylsilylbenzamid und Phenylisocyanat
als Ausgangskomponenten, kann der Reaktionsablauf durch das folgende Formelschema wiedergegeben werden:

Die Verbindungen in denen R für CH3, C3H5, H-C3H7, CgH5 und
R für CgH- steht sind bekannt (Etienne.A. et al. CR. Acad.
Paris, t 283 (15.Nov.1976) Serie C 537 - 540).
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren bissilylierten Carbonsäureamide
sind durch die allgemeinen Formeln (Ha und Hb) definiert.
Besonders bevorzugte Ausgangsverbindungen der allgemeinen Formeln (Ha und Ub) sind Cyclohexancarbonsäure-bis-trimethylsilylamid,
Bis-Trimethylsilylbenzamid. Die Verbindungen der allgemeinen
Formeln (Ha und Hb) sind bekannt.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Isocyanate sind durch
die allgemeine Formel (III) definiert. In dieser Formel steht R bevorzugt für Phenyl, das gegebenenfalls ein-
oder mehrfach durch Chlor oder Trifluormethyl substituiert

sein kann, das gegebenenfalls durch Nitro substituiert sein kann, ferner für Naphthyl. Besonders bevorzugte Ausgangsverbindungen
der allgemeinen Formel (III) sind 4-Chlorphenyl-, 4-Nitrophenyl-, 3,4-Dichlorphenylisocyanat sowie
lO-Chlorhexylisocyanat. Die Verbindungen der allgemeinen
Formel (III) sind bekannt. Bevorzugt werden die Isocyanate der allgemeinen Formel (III) in Form von Verbindungen eingesetzt,
aus denen sie im Verlauf der Reaktion frei werden. Besonders geeignet sind hierfür Uretdione.
Die erfindungsgemäße Reaktion wird bevorzugt unter Verwendung inerter organischer Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Als solche
•kommen in Frage aliphatische, aromatische sowie gegebenenfalls
chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, z.B. Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
Chlorbenzol, sowie Äther wie Diäthyl und Dibutyläther, Dioxan,
ferner Ketone wie Aceton, Methyläthyl, Ä'thylisopropyl, Methylisobutylketon,
ferner Nitrile wie Acetonitril.
Die Reaktion kann bei Normaldruck durchgeführt werden.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann in weiten Bereichen variieren.
Man arbeitet im allgemeinen zwischen 10°C und 150°C, bevorzugt zwischen 35 und 1000C.
Die Ausgangsstoffe werden im allgemeinen in molarem Verhältnis eingesetzt.
Bevorzugte Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel (I) sind solche in denen R für

m-Tolyl, p-Chlorphenyl, 3,4-Dichlorphenyl, Isopropyl-,
steht. Bevorzugt sind außerdem Wirkstoffe in denen
R für geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 5-10 C-Atomen,
für Cyclopentyl oder Cyclohexyl, die jeweils durch Halogen, Alkoxy, Alky!mercapto, Aryloxy
substituiert sein können, ferner für Phenyl oder Naphthyl die jeweils durch Halogen, niederes Alkyl, Nitro, Halogenalkyl mit 1-4 C-Atomen, Alkoxy, Alkylmercapto, Halogenalkoxy, Halogenalky!mercapto mit jeweils 1-4 C-Atomen
substituiert sein können steht.

Die Wirkstoffe eignen sich bei guter Pflanzenverträglictixei*
und günstiger WarmblUtertoxizität zur Bekämpfung von tierischen Schädlingen, insbesondere Insekten, Spinnentieren und Neaatoden,
die in der Landwirtschaft, in Forsten, in Vorrats- und Materialschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor vorkommen. Sie sind gegen
normal sensible und resistente Arten sowie gegen alle oder einzelne Entwicklungsstadien wirksam. Zu den oben erwähnten

Die Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Spritzpulver, Suspensionen, Pulver, Stäubemittel, Schäume, Pasten, lösliche Pulver,
Granulate, Aerosole, Suspensions-Bnulsionskonzentrate, Saatgutpuder, Wirkstoff-imprägnierte Natur- und synthetische Stoffe,
Feinxtverkapselungen in polymeren Stoffen und in Hülljnassen für
Saatgut, femer in Formulierungen mit Brennsätzen, wie Raucher-,
patronen, -dosen, -Spiralen u.a. sowie ULV-KaIt- und Warmnebel-Formulierungen.
Diese Formulierungen werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also
flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten
Sa«en und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln
und/cder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln. Im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z.B.
auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet
werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen Infrage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, oder Alkylaaphthaline, chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte allphatlsche
Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder Methylenchlorid,
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z.3. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol
sowie deren Äther und Xster, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methylethylketon, Methyllsobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark
polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimethylformamid und DintthyI-suIfoxid, sowie Wasser) elt verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitttln oder TrMgerstoffen aind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint,
welche bei normaler Temperatur und unter Noraaldruck gasförmig sind, z.B. Aerosol-Trelbgase, wie Halogenkohlenwas-

serstoffe sowie Butan, Propan, Stickstoff und Kohlendioxid;
als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie
Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit, Montmorillonit oder Diatomeenerde und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und
Silikate; als feste Trägerstoffe für Granulate: gebrochene und fraktionierte natürliche Gesteine wie
Calcit, Marmor, Bims, Sepiolith, Dolomit sowie synthetische Granulate aus anorganischen und organischen Kehlen sowie
Granulate aus organischem Material wie Sägemehle, KokosnuOschalen,
Maiskolben und Tabakstengel; als Emulgier- und/oder schaumerzeugende Mittel: nichtionogene und anionische
Emulgatoren, wie Polyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester, Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther,
z.B. Alkylaryl-polyglykol-äther,
Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate, Alkylsulfonate sowie Eiweißhydrolysate;
als Dispergiermittel: z.B. Lignin, Sulfitab laugen und Methylcellulose.
Es können in den Formulierungen Haftmittel wie Carboxymethylcellulose, natürliche und synthetische pulverige, körnige
oder latexförmig· Polymere verwendet werden» wie Gummiarabicum, Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylacetat.
Es können Farbstoffe wie anorganische Pigmente, z.B. Eisenoxid, Titanoxid, Ferrocyanblau und organische Farbstoffe,
wie Allzarin-, Azo-Metallphthalocyaninfarbstoffe und
Spurennährstoffe wie Salze von Elsen, Mangan, Bor, Kupfer, Kobalt, Molybdän und Zink verwendet werden.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen
0,5 und 90 %.

Die Anwendung der erflndungagemäflen Wirkstoffe erfolgt in Form ihrer handelsüblichen Formulierungen und/oder den aus
diesen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen.
Der Wirkstoffgehalt der aus den handelsüblichen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen kann in weiten Bereichen variieren.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentration der Anwendungsformen kann von 0,0000001 bis zu 100 Gew.-# Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen
0,01 und 10 Gew.-# liegen.
Die Anwendung geschieht in einer den Anwendungsformen angepaßten
üblichen Weise.
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge zeichnen sich die Wirkstoffe durch «ine hervorragend« Residualwirkung auf Holz und Ton sowie durch eine gute Alkaliatabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aua.
Bei hohen Aufwandkonzentrationen weise die erfindungsgemäßen
Verbindungen auch eine gewisse herbizide Wirkung auf.
Durch die im folgenden angegebenen Versuche wird die arthorpodenmetamorphosehemmende Wirkung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen gezeigt, ohne eine Beschränkung hinsichtlich der
Wirkungsbreite dieser Verbindungen vornehmen zu wollen. Dabei werden während der gesamten angegebenen Entwicklung der Testtie re die morphologischen Veränderungen, wie zur Hälft· verpuppte Tiere, unvollständig geschlupft· Larven oder Raupen,
defekt· Flügel, puppale Kutikula bei Imagines sowie das Absterben bewertet. Die Summ· der mophologIschen Mißbildungen und
der Abtötung während der Entwicklung werden in Prozent der Versuchstierzahl angegeben.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 2 Gew.-Teile Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge
Lösungsmittel, Emulgator und soviel Wasser, daß eine 1 tige Mischung entsteht, die mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt wird.
Die Testtiere werden mit Blättern der Futterpflanzen, die
mit einem gleichmäßigen Spritzbelag der Wirkstoffmischung
der gewählten Konzentration versehen sind, so daß die angegebenen Wirkstoffmengen in ppm (parts pro million) auf
den Blättern erhalten werden, bis zur Entwicklung der Imago gefüttert.
Zur Kontrolle werden nur mit Lösungsmittel und Emulgator der angegebenen Konzentration versehene Blätter verfüttert.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Wirkstoffe
zeigen dabei gute Wirksamkeit.

Metcunorphosehemmende Wirkung/Laphygma-Test
Testtiere: Laphygma exigua (Raupen im 4. Entwicklungsstadium)
Futter: 1 cm dicke Scheiben von 3 cm Durchmesser
luftangetrocknetes Kunstfutter aus Bohnenkernschrot,
Hefe, Vitaminmischung, Blattpulver, Agar und Konservierungsstoff
Lösungsmittel: 10 Gew.-Teile
Emulgator: 1 Gew.-Teil Polyoxyäthylen(20)sorbitan-
monolaurat
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 2 Gew.-Teile Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge
Lösungsmittel, Emulgator und soviel Wasser, daß eine 1 %ige Mischung entsteht, die mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt wird.
Jeweils ein Testtier wird auf eine mit 1,5 ml Wirkstofflösung der gewünschten Konzentration angefeuchteten Futterscheibe gesetzt, so daß die angegebene Wirkstoffkonzentration in ppm (parts pro million) im Futter erreicht wird,
und bis zum Schlüpfen der Imago beobachtet. Zu einen Versuch gehören 5 bis 10 Versuchstiere.
Zur Kontrolle wird je ein Testtier auf eine mit 1,5 ml Lösungsmittel und Emulgator der gewünschten Konzentration angefeuchteten Futterscheibe gesetzt, so daß die angegebene
Konzentration in ppm (parts pro million) im Futter erreicht wird, und bis zum Schlüpfen der Imago beobachtet.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Wirkstoffe zeigen dabei gute Wirksamkeit.

Metamorphosehenunende Wirkung/Stechmücken-Test
Testtiere: Aedes aegypti (Larven im 3. Entwicklungs
stadium) ; 20 Stück
Lösungsmittel: 10 Gew.-Teile
Emulgator: 1 Gew.-Teil Polyoxyäthylen(20)sorbitan-
monolaurat
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 2 Gew.-Teile Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge
Lösungsmittel, Emulgator und sowviel Wasser, daß eine 1OO ppm-haltige Mischung entsteht, die mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt wird.
Die Testtiere werden in 90 ml dieser Wirkstofflösungen eingesetzt
und bis zum Schlüpfen der Imago beobachtet. Zur Kontrolle werden Testtiere in ein Lösungsmittel und Emulgator-
Wassergemisch der angegebenen Konzentration gebracht und
bis zum Schlüpfen der Imago beobachtet.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Wirkstoffe
zeigen dabei gute Wirksamkeit.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 2 Gew.-Teile Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge
Lösungsmittel, Emulgator und soviel Wasser, daß eine 1 %ige Mischung entsteht, die mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt wird.
Die Testtiere werden in die Wirkstoffmischung der gewählten
Konzentration für 3 Sekunden getaucht und anschließend in Käfigen gehalten und mit unbehandelten Baumwo11samen und
Wasser gefüttert.
Zur Kontrolle werden nur in Lösungsmittel und Emulgator getauchte Tiere gehalten und in gleicher Weise gefüttert.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Wirkstoffe
zeigen dabei gute Wirksamkeit.

Herstellungsbeispiele Beispiel 1
Verfahren zur Herstellung von 1,B-Dimethyl-e-phenyl-triazin-2,4-dion
zu 11,4 g (0,2 Mol) Methylisocyanat in 20 ml abs. Äther werden 26,5 g (0,1 Mol) N-Trimethylsilylbenzimidsäuretrimethylsilylester
so schnell zugetropft, daß das Lösungsmittel gerade siedet. Nach beendetem Zutropfen wird noch
1 Stunde bei 60°C Rückfluß gekocht. Man destilliert dann das Lösungsmittel sowie das bei der Reaktion entstehende
Hexamethyldisiloxan ab. Der Rückstand wird aus Alkohol (Äthanol, Propanol, oder i-Propanol) umkristallisiert.
Man erhält 19,4 g (89 % der Theorie) 1,3-Dimethyl-6-phenyl-
triazin-2,4-dioxan Schmp. 134-135°C

Claims (6)
1. Insektizide Mittel gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an
substituierten Triazin-2,4-dionen der allgemeinen Formel (I)
R1A
in welcher
R für Alkyl und Alkenyl mit bis zu 20 C-Atomen sowie für Phenyl oder Naphthyl die gegebenenfalls durch Halogen,
Nitro, niederes Alkyl mit 1-4 C-Atomen substituiert sind steht und
R für Alkyl mit 5-10 C-Atomen, das gegebenenfalls substituiert
ist, sowie für Aryl steht.
2. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man substituierte Triazin-2,4-dione der
Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 1 auf Insekten und/oder ihren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.
3. Verwendung von substituierten Triazin-2,4-dionen der
Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten.
4. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Insektiziden Mitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man substituierte Triazin-2,4-dione der Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 3 mit Streckmitteln und/oder oberflächenaktiven Mitteln vermischt.

5. Triazin-2,4-dione der Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 1 in v- welcher
R für Alkyl mit 5-10 C-Atomen steht, das gegebenenfalls
substituiert ist und

R zusätzlich für Aryl steht, wenn R für durch Halogen, Nitro oder niederes Alkyl mit 1-4 C-Atomen substituierter
Phenyl oder Naphthyl sowie für unsubstituiertes Naphthyl steht.
6. Verfahren zur Herstellung der neuen Triazin-2,4-dione ^ gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man
