Abstract

Paper bags lined with a simple tube of plastic, normally stuck down at one side need a puff of air to open the bag properly for filling, which makes the filling operation harder to automate. Zwar lässt sich dann auf diese Weise der Boden bei der Bodenbildung öffnen, doch liegt demzufolge auch die Kunststofffolie nur einseitig auf einer Bodenseite, was dann wieder dazu führt, daß man das Volumen des Folien-Innensackes wiederum infolge des Blockiereffektes allein durch das Eigengewicht des Füllgutes nicht mehr voll ausschöpfen kann, so daß in jedem Fall beim Füllvorgang vor dem Einbringen des Füllgutes ein Luftstoß in den Innensack eingeblasen werden muß, um ihn im Bodenbereich ordnungsgemäß auseinanderzufalten.
