35 Die ErBndung betrifft den in den Ansprüchen gekennzeichneten
Gegenstand.
Das Verfahren (a) wird im allgemeinen in Gegenwart
eines Äthers oder eiaes aromatischen oder aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffs und vorzugsweise in
Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels durchgeführt, in welchem sich die beiden Ausgangsverbuidungen voll-
ständig lösen. . _
Die Reaktionstemperatur und -zeit hangen von der Art der verwendeten Lösungsmittel und Ausgangsverbindungen
ab. Im allgemeinen werden befriedigende Ergebnisse erhalten, wenn die Umsetzung bei Temperaturen
von O bis 10O0C während eines Zeitraums von 1 bis zu mehreren 10 Stunden durchgeführt wird.
In einigen Fällen ist der Zusatz katalytischer Mengen eines tertiären organischen Amins von Vorteil.
Im Verfahren (b) wird die Umsetzung in. Gegenwart
von Lösungsmitteln, wie aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen, beispielsweise Benzol oder Toluol, oder
Ketonen wie Aceton oder Methyhsobutylketon, und eines Säureacceptors, wie einer anorganischen Base,
beispielsweise Natriumhydroxid, Kaliumhydroxid, wasserfreiem
Natrium- oder Kaliumcarbonat oder einer organischen Base, wie Triäthylamin oder Pyndin,
durchgeführt. Auch bei diesem Verfahren hangt die Reaktionstemperatur und -zeit von der Art der verwendeten
Lösungsmittel und Aus^ngsyerbindungen
ab Im allgemeinen werden befriedigende Ergebnisse erhalten, wenn die Umsetzung bei Temperaturen von
20 bis 1200C während eines Zeitraums von 1 bis
10 Stunden durchgeführt wird.
Die verfahrensgemäß eingesetzten Oxime der Formel II sind neue Verbindungen, die sich aus den Thiophosphorsäure-
oder Dithiophosphorsäure-O.O.S-tnestern

3. Verwendung 4er Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 als Pestizide, Insektizide, Akarizide und
Nematizide.
Aus der US-PS 37 33 375 und der FR-PS 15 83 911 sind als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel geeignete (Thio)-Phosphorsäureester
mit relativ hohen LC60-Werten bekannt.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, neue Thiophosphorsäure- und Dithiophosphorsäure-O,O,S-triester mit
besseren LC60-Werten zu schaffen. Diese Aufgabe
wird durch die Erfindung gelöst.

Die Verbindungen der Formell sind wertvolle Pestizide, die nicht nur eine extrem starke insektizide
Wirkung gegenüber Insekten der Ordnung Lepidoptera, wie Tabakwurm, Kohlwirm, Kohlschabe
Fruchtschalenwickler und Stengelbohrer, sowie gegen· über Insekten der Ordnung Hemiptera, wie grünt
Reisblatthüpfer, Zikaden und Pflanzenmilben, sowie
gegenüber den verschiedensten Schadinsekten in dei Land- und Forstwirtschaft, im Haushalt und tier
parasitären Milben sowie Nematoden.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I zeigen im Gegen satz zu ihren Homologen die ebenfalls eine stark*
insektizide Wirkung entfalten, keine phytotoxisch« Wirkungen sowie eine niedrige Toxizität gegenübe
Säugetieren.
In der Praxis werden die Verbindungen der Formel entweder allein oder in Form von pestiziden Mitteil
zusammen mit üblichen Trägerstoffen und/oder Ver dünnungsmitteln und/oder Hilfsstoffen eingesetzt. Bei
spiele für derartige Mittel sind emulgierbare Konzen träte, benetzbare Pulver, Ölspritzmittel, Stäubemittel
Anstriche, Grobgranulate, Feingranulate, Aerosole und Räuchermittel.

15,1 g 3-(O-Äthyl-S-n-propylphosphoryloxy)-benzaldoxim
werden in 100 ml Diisopropyläther gelöst und bei Raumtemperatur mit 3,4 g Methylisocyanat und
hierauf mit einer katalytischen Menge Triäthylamin versetzt. Das Gemisch wird 24 Stunden unter gelegentlichem
Schütteln stehengelassen. Danach wird der Diisopropyläther unter vermindertem Druck abdestilliert.
Es hinterbleibt in quantitativer Ausbeute ao das 3 - (O - Äthyl - S - η - propylphosphoryloxy) - benzaldoxim-N-methylcarbamat
als rotstichig braunes Öl; nF 1,5422.

Die verfahrensgemäß eingesetzten Oxime werden folgendermaßen hergestellt:
(1) 3-(O-Äthyl-S-n-propylphosphoryloxy)-
benzaldoxim
16,8 g einer lOprozentigen Natronlauge werden bei einer Temperatur von unter 1O0C mit 2,9 g Hydroxyiamin-hydrochlorid
und sodann bei einer Temperatur von 15 bis 200C mit 10,1 g 3-(O-Äthyl-S-n-propylphosphoryloxy)-benzaldehyd
versetzt. Die erhaltene Lösung wird 1 Stunde bei 25°C gerührt. Sodann wird
das abgetrennte öl in Benzol aufgenommen, die Ben· zollösung mit Wasser gewaschen und unter vermin
dertem Druck eingedampft. Es hinterbleiben 10,0 der Titelverbindung in Form eines rotstichigbraune
Öls; rig 1,5566.
(2) 4-(G-Äthyl-S-n-propylphosphoryloxy)-
acetophenonoxim
Auf die in (1) beschriebene Weise wird die Titelverbindung in Form eines gelben Öls erhalten;
1,4211.
(3) 3-(0-Äthyl-S-n-propylphosphoryloxy)-
acetophenonoxim
Gemäß Beispiel 1 wird die Titelverbindung in Form eine;: gelben Öls erhalten; nV 1,4372.
