Description

Claims (2)

Patentansprüche:
1. Zylindrischer Hohlraumresonator, bei dem zur Abstimmung der Resonanzfrequenz wenigstens die eine Stirnseite als Kolben im Resonator mittels' eines Spindelantriebs axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist und bei dem der Kolben und der Resonator über ein faltenbalgartiges Gebilde verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das faltenbalg- artige Gebilde als dickwandiges Rohr (2) mit wenigstens einem ringförmigen Nuteneinstich (5) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Rohr (2) an seinem rückwärtigen Ende an dem Resonator (7) befestigt ist, derart, daß auf den Spindelantrieb (11) ein stetiger Druck ausgeübt wird.
2. Hohlraumresonator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Resonator (1), Kolben (6), Resonatorboden (9) sowie die Spindel (11) aus Invar bestehen, während die Spindelspitze mit solcher Länge aus Bronze od. dgl. hergestellt ist. daß sich eine Temperaturkompensation ergibt.
