Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind neue (Thio)phosphor- und (ThIo)-phosphon
säurederivate der Formel.

in der R- O-Alkyl, N-Alkyl-, N-Dialkyl-,
R Alkyl, O-Alkyl, Phenyl
worin die Alkylgruppen jeweils 1-10 C-Atome
enthalten,
R und R, Wasserstoff oder niederes Alkyl, R„,R--,R7,Ro Wasserstoff, niederes Alkyl, Halogen, niederes
Alkoxy- oder Alkylmercapto, und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten.
Bevorzugt sind unter den Alkylgruppen obiger Reste niedere
Alkyle, d. h. solche mit 1--'-I- C-Atomen, vor" allem die Methyl- .
und Aetliylgruppe, untei* den Halogenen Fluor, Chlor oder Brom.
Bevorzugt sind unter den Verbindungen der Formel I solche, bei denen von den Resten R„., R, mindestens einer, von den Resten
R bis Ro mindestens' drei Wasserstoff sind.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung
von Verbindungen der Formel I, das dadurch gekenn-

In einer Abwandlung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens kann man die Thioehromanonoxime der Formel III auch mit (Thiono)phosphor-
oder (Thiono)phosphonsäureester- oder -amiddihalogeniden umsetzen,
d. h. solche Verbindungen der Foi-mel II, in denen R1

Die als Ausgangsmaterial für die Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen
Verfahrens benötigten Thiochromanonoxime der allge- ·
meinen Formel III sowie die Salze dieser Verbindungen sind z. T. in der Literatur beschrieben (z. B. J. Ind. Chem. Sog.
2*3, 521 ff. (1966)). Sofern dies nicht der Fall ist, können
sie nach den darin beschriebenen Verfahren hergestellt werden.
Die Ausgangsverbindüngen der Formel II sind bekannt und nach
üblichen Methoden auch im technischen. Maßstab leicht zugänglich.
Die Reaktion wird im allgemeinen mit etwa stöchiometrischen
Mengen der Reaktionspartner durchgeführt, wobei ein geringer
Überschuß (bis zu 10 ^) der Verbindung II von Vorteil sein
kann.
Vorzugsweise arbeitet man in Gegenwart eines unter den Reaktionsbedingungen
inerten Lösungsmittels» Als solche sind beispielsweise
verwendbar:
Aether wie Diäthyläther, Biisopropylather, Glykoldimethyläther,
Tetrahydrofuran, Dioxan; Ketone und Nitrile wie Aceton* Methylethylketon,
Methylisopropylketony Methylbutylketon; Benzonitril,
Propionitril, Acetonitril·; Benzol und Alkylbenzole wie Toluol,
Xylol; Halogenbenzole wie Chlorbenzol, Dichlorbenzol; sowie lialogenierte Aliphaten wie Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
Dichloräthan.
Bei Verwendung der freien Thiochroinanonoxime der Formel III
als Ausgangsstoffe ist es erforderlich, ein basisch wirkendes
Mittel zur Bindung des freiwerdenden Halogenwasserstoffs zuzusetzen.
Als Säureakzeptoren eignen sich besonders Alkalialkoholate wie Natrium- oder Kalium-methylat oder -äthylat:; Natriumhydrid;
Alkalicarbonate wie Natriumcarbonat und Kaliumcarbonat,, aber auch tertiäre Basen, z. B. Triäthylamin oder Pyridin.

Statt der freien Thiochromanonoxime kann man ebensogut auch
deren Salze, insbesondere die Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze verwenden
und in diesem Fall auf den Zusatz eines basischen Mittels verzichten.
Die Durchführung des erfindungs gemäß en Verfahrens ist imierhcilb
eines größeren Temperaturbereichs möglich. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man bei Raumtemperatur oder schwach bis mäßig erhöhter
Temperatur und vorzugsweise zwischen 20 und 100 C. Da die
Reaktion jedoch meist exotherm abläuft, ist es besonders zu
Beginn der Reaktion oftmals notwendig, das Gemisch von außen zu kühlen. Es hat sich auch als zweckmäßig erwiesen, nach Vereinigung
der Ausgangskomponenten zur Vervollständigung der Umsetzung
noch längere Zeit (1 bis 3 Stunden), ebenfalls unter Erwärmen, weiter zu rühren.
Die Verfahrensprodukte hinterbleiben nach dem Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels als OeIe, die in einigen Fällen kristallisieren.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I sind neu und stellen eine neuartige Klasse der Phosphor- bzw. Fhosphonsäureester dar. Sie
besitzen bei beachtlich geringer Toxizität gegenüber Warmblütern eine gute biozide, insbesondere insektizide, akarizide
und nematizide Wirksamkeit, Die Produkte können mit Erfolg im Pflanzenschutz zur Bekämpfung schädlicher saugender und
beißender Insekten und Milben eingesetzt werden.
Insbesondere sind die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen befähigt,
auch solche Stämme zu bekämpfen, die gegen andere Biozide resistent sind. Sie bedeuten damit eine wertvolle Bereicherung
des Angebotes an Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln.
Die Phosphorsäureester gemäß der Erfindung können in den üblichen Mischungen mit festen oder flüssigen Formulieriuigszusätzen wie
inertei Trägerstoffen, Haft-, Netz-, Dispergier- und Mahl hilfsmitteln
als Sp3°itzpul\rer, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Stäube,
Granulate, Fliegonbänder, Streti- und Vatschmit tel

werden. Sie lassen sich mit anderen Insektiziden, Fungiziden,
Nematiziden und Herbiziden mischen.
Als Trägerstoffe für feste Zubereitungen können verwendet werden: mineralische Stoffe wie Aluminiumsilikate, Tonerden,
Kaolin, Kreiden, Kieselkreiden, Talkum, Kieselgur oder hydratisierte Kieselsäuren oder Zubereitungen dieser mineral
lischen Stoffe mit speziellen Zusätzen, z. B. Kreide mi"t Nastearat
gefettet. Als Trägerstoffe für flüssige Zubereitungen können alle gebräuchlichen und geeigneten organischen Lösungsmittel,
beispielsweise Toluol, Xylol, Diace.tonalkohol, Isophoron,
Benzine, Paraffinöle, Dioxan, Dimethylformamid, Dime
thy Isulfoxyd, Aethylacetat, Butylacetat, Tetrahydrofuran,
Chlorbenzol und andere verwendet werden.
Als Haft stoffe können leimartige Celluloseprodukte oder Polyvinylalkohole
verwendet werden.
Als Netzstoffe kommen alle geeigneten Emulgatoren wie oxäthylierte
Alkylphenole, Salze von Aryl- oder Alkylarylsulfonsäuren, Salze von äthoxylierten Benzolsulfonsäuren oder Seifen in
Frage.
Als Dispergie.rstoffe eignen sich Zellpech (Salze von Ligninsulfonsäuren),
Salze der Naphthalinsulfonsäure sowie unter
Umständen hydratisierte Kieselsäuren oder auch Kieselgur.
Als Mahlhilfsmittel können geeignete anorganische oder organische
Salze wie Natriumsulfat, Ammonsulfat, Natriumcarbonat,
Natriumbicarbonat, Natriumthiοsulfat, Natriumstearat, Natriumacetat verwendet werden.
Für die ¥irkungsteste geeignete einfache Formulierungen können beispielsweise nach folgenden Vorschriften erhalten werden:

und 1,3 i° Ilostapon^ ' (Oleylmethyltaurid-Na) im Mixer vermengt,
Man erhält so 60 g eines 10 ^igen Spritzpulvers.
Emulsionskonzentrat:
2 g Wirkstoff, 16 g Cyclohexanon und 2 g Hostapalv y (Alkylaryl·
polyglykolätheralkohol) werden miteinander vermengt. Man erhält
20 g eines 10 ^oigen Emulsionskonzentrates.

0,1 Mol eines Oxims der Formel III werden in 150 ml Glykoldimethyläther
gelöst. Diese Lösung gibt man tropfenweise unter
Rühren zu einer Suspension von 0,1 Mol Nati^iuiiihydrid in 30 ml
Glykoldimethyläther und rührt nacli Beendigung des Zutropfens
noch 1/2 Stunde nach. Die Temperatur hält man notfalls durch
äußere Kühlung unterhalb +30 C. Dann läßt man eine Lösung
von 0,11 Mol eines Säurechlorids der Formel II so zutropfen,
daß die Innentemperatur der Mischung +30 G nicht übersteigt. Nach beendeter Zugabe wird der Ansatz noch 3 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur
nachgerührt, anschließend mit 0,5 1 Benzol verdünnt, die organische Phase abgetrennt, gründlich mit lasser gewaschen
und über Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Fach dem Abdestillieren des
Lösungsmittels hinterbleiben die Verfahrensprodukte als OeIe, die zum Teil beim Anreiben kristallisieren.
Nach dem oben angegebenen Verfahren wurden folgende Verbindungen gewonnen: - -

Beispiel 501 . '
Mit schwarzen Bohnenläusen (Doralis f,abae) stark besetzte
Ackerbohnen (Vicia faba) wurden mit der wäßrigen Verdünnung eines Emulsionskonzentrates, die 0,003 Gew.$& des.Präparates
aus Beispiel 1 als Wirkstoff enthielt, bis zum Stadium beginnenden Abtropfens gespritzt. Die Aufstellung der gespritzten
Pflanzen erfolgte im Gewächshaus bei 200C, die Kontrolle 24
Stunden nach der Spritzung. Hierbei zeigte sichj daß sämtliche
Blattläuse getötet waren.
Die in gleicher Weise geprüften Verbindungen aus Beispiel 2,
5, 6, 23 und 4-2 erwiesen sich als gleich gut wirksam.
Mit einem Phosphorsäureester 'resistenten Obstbaumspinnmilben-Stamrn
(Metatetranychus ulmi) stark infizierte, getopfte Apfelbäumchen wurden mit der wäßrigen Verdünnung eines Emulsions-
-konzentrates, die 0,025 Gew..$ des Präparates aus Beispiel 3
als Wirkstoff enthielt,· bis zum Stadium des beginnenden Abtropfenn
gespritzt und anschließend bei 2Ö°C im Gewächshaus aufgestellt. Bei der mikroskopischen Kontrolle nach 8 Tagen zeigte
sich, daß sämtliche beweglichen Stadien getötet waren.
In gleicher Weise geprüft, erwiesen sich -ebenfalls die Verbindungen
aus Beispiel 6, 7, 14 und: 18 als gleich gut wirksam.
Die folgenden im Vergleich geprüften handelsüblichen Phosphorsäureester
waren in gleicher bzw. in höherer Konzentration unw i rk s am:
Phenkapton - 0,02 5 Gew.$ ohne Wirkung
Demeton-S-methyl 0,05 Gew.$ ohne Wirkung
Diine thoat 0,05 Gew.^ ohne Wirkung

Beispiel 52:
Etwa 7 Wochen alte Larven des Mehlkäfers (Tenebrio molitor)
wurden auf einer Unterlage (Filterpapier) mit einer dosierten Menge einer wäßrigen Suspension eines Spritzpulvers, die eine
dosierte Menge des Präparates aus Beispiel 5 enthielt, besprüht und anschließend im Laboratorium in Petrischalen bei
22°C aufgestellt. Die Wirkstoffmenge von 0,006 mg/cm? reichte aus, um sämtliche Larven in einem Zeitraum von 48 Stunden zu
töten.
In gleicher Weise angewandt, wirkte auch das Präparat aus Beispiel 6 gleich gut.
5 Petrischalen, Durchmesser 9 cm, wurden auf Boden und Deckel
mit je 1 cm3 einer 0,003 ^igen acetonischen Lösung des Wirkstoffes
aus Beispiel 3 gleichmäßig beträufelt. Nach Verdunsten des Acetons wurden je 10 Deutsche Schaben (Phyllodromia germanica)
in die Schalen gesetzt, die innerhalb 2 Stunden in ständige Rückenlage (moribundes Stadium) gerieten und abgetötet
wurden.
In gleicher Weise angewandt,.wirkte auch die Verbindung aus
Beispiel 6 gleich gut.
5 Petrischalen mit Durchmesser 9 cm wurden auf Boden und
Deckel mit je 1 cm3 einer 0,003./»igen acetonischen Lösung des .Wirkstoffes aus Beispiel 25 gleichmäßig beträufelt. Nach Verdunstung
des Acetons wurden jeweils 10 Stubenfliegen (Musca domestica) eingesetzt,, die innerhalb 30 Minuten in ständige
Rückenlage (moribundes Stadium) gerieten und abgetötet wurden.
Gleichgut v/irksam war in gleicher Versuchsanstellung der Wirkstoff
aus Beispiel 43.

Claims (1)
- Patentansprücheworin die Alkylgruppen jeweils 1-10 C-Atome enthalten,
R und R, Wasserstoff oder niederes Alkyl,.R_,R^1R-,RQ Wasserstoff, niederes Alkyl, Halogen, niederes 5 ö γ öAlkoxy- oder Alkylmercapto und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten.2) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der Formel I, . dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in an sich bekannter Weise (Thiο)phosphor- oder (Thio)phosphonsäureester oder -amidhalogenide der Formel .HaI-P IIll\mit Thiochromanonoximen der Formelentweder als solchen in Gegenwart von säurebindenden Mitteln oder in Form von deren Salzen umsetzt, wobei Hai für Halogen, vorzugsweise Chlor oder Brom, steht.3) Abwandlung des Verfahrens geniäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Thiochromanonoxime der Formel IIlFjmit Verbindungen der Formel II, in denen R1 oder R? ebenfalls Halogen309841/1175_ 22 . 22H297bedeutet, umsetzt und die erhaltenen Esterhalogenxde bzw.
