Abstract
Description
The The present invention relates to a crane arm with a lifting arm and an articulated arm, wherein the lifting arm and the articulated arm over a Joint are interconnected and being from inside the Low-lift lines to the outside lead the articulated arm.
insbesondere flexible, d.h. leicht beschädigbare Schlauchleitungen,
ist was z.B. beim Werkzeugwechsel bzw. beim Arbeitsgerätwechsel
vorteilhaft ist. Diese Leitungen werden oft als formstabile Rohrleitungen
geführt,
was die Gefahr der Beschädigung
minimiert.
At the The prior art has shown, as already explained, that the hose lines, the lead from the lift arm to the articulated arm, easily from the outside damaged can be for example, through branches, Load or other tool which makes it possible to e.g. to leak of hydraulic fluid and subsequently to the impairment of the function of the crane arm can come.
The present invention is therefore a crane arm of the above genus in which the risk of damage to the Lines in the joint area is reduced.
These The object is achieved with the features of claim 1. By doing the hinge spaced along its axis of rotation (e.g. split toggle pin with bearing) and the lines of Lift arm to the articulated between the pivot bearings run, is in the joint area the danger of damage virtually completely eliminated by external sources. Trees, cargo or other tool virtually no longer damage the cables. In the simplest case are provided two spaced pivot bearing, between which the Hose lines run. To strengthen the joint can at more heavily loaded Articulated arms or cranes Also be provided several pivot bearing, in which case in each case between two rotary bearings hose lines could run.
Bei der bevorzugten Ausführungsvariante ist vorgesehen, dass der Knickarm teleskopierbar ist, da besonders in solchen Fällen die Leitungen am Hubarm außen geführt werden.at the preferred embodiment is provided that the articulated arm is telescopic, as particularly in such cases the lines on the lift arm outside guided become.
Especially the advantage is given when the lines are used as hydraulic lines accomplished are. However, also for alternative embodiments where e.g. also electrical lines or other supply lines, the lead to the articulated arm and which are naturally the same Can cause problems therefore the same approach proposed.
In the preferred embodiment is provided that the lifting arm and the articulated arm in addition to a Piston-cylinder unit are interconnected. This piston-cylinder unit is articulated on the one hand on the lifting arm and on the other hand on the articulated arm. The Linkage can be made at a distance from the joint, so by Extending the piston out of the cylinder or retracting the piston in the cylinder of the articulated arm is pivoted relative to the lifting arm. An articulation over a lever mechanism is also conceivable. Anyway, the connection can be Lifting arm to articulated according to a toggle mechanism done.
Schlauchleitungen weiter in Richtung Arbeitsgerät führen. In particular, in the case of hydraulic lines hose lines are guided to the joint inside the lift arm, while at the articulated arm piping or hose lines continue towards work equipment. In the joint area, however, rather hose lines or flexible cables be provided, which connect the knickarmseitigen pipes and the Hubarmseitigen hose lines together. Inside the lift arm but could also be laid rigid lines. In any case, flexible cables lead from the lifting arm to the articulated arm in the joint area. In this area, the Hubarmseitigen lines (eg hoses) and the knickarmseitigen lines (eg pipes) must be connected to each other, which is why it is provided that the lines from the interior of the lift arm lead to connection points on Hubarmseitigen end of the articulated arm. In order to enable the most direct possible connection, it is provided that the connection points comprise lugs which are arranged approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the articulated arm. In order to further protect the flexible lines and to allow these run as accurately as possible between the pivot bearings, so that the bending stress is minimized, it can be provided that the lines in the region of the connection points via, preferably angled, receptacles are connected to the connection points.
