Abstract
Description
It is known, a bulk bed to treat it with gas, that it continuously over a rust promoted is and thereby flows through the gas. For cooling Kiln, for example the cement clinker emerging from a kiln one uses primarily so-called push grates, which overlap from each other Rows of alternately fixed and moving back and forth in the conveying direction Grate plates exist (DE-A-3734043). Through the grate plates will Cooling air in the good bed is blown in and above the material layer for heat recovery dissipated. Push grates demand for an economical operation an elaborate storage of moving Parts and are also complicated because of their relative small parts. Another known Rostbauart uses a stationary, air-permeable tray, over the the good layer by means of continuously moving in the conveying direction scratches or reciprocating thrust members is moved (EP-A-718578, DE-A-10018142, WO98 / 48231). The scratches or thrust organs need from below through the grate surface movably guided through be, which is expensive. Furthermore are they inside the hot ones Good layer exposed to high wear. In that grate area in which she and her drive and sealing organs are located, the passage of air is obstructed and the cooling effect limited. at a different type of radiator (DE-A-10113516 = WO02 / 075230) becomes a large-scale rust moved back and forth in its entirety, during the return stroke the good bed arranged by a at the beginning of the grate, as a conveying member Held above the rust on the layer acting baffle plate will, so that the rust slide back underneath can. This has the disadvantage that the usable grate length because of the limitation of the congestion effect is limited and therefore several grate sections with associated baffles in a row must be arranged. In another known cooler This type (WO02 / 23112), are the successively arranged grate sections each composed of several juxtaposed planks, the independent can be driven by each other, by different conveying speed Differences in height of the good bed above to be able to compensate the width.
Ausgehend von dem letztgenannten Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Anordnung der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 genannten Art zu schaffen, deren Kühlvorrichtung auch bei großer Rostlänge einen wirtschaftlichen Betrieb und insbesondere einen verbesserten Wärmerückgewinn verspricht.outgoing of the latter prior art, the invention is the Task is based, an arrangement in the preamble of claim 1 type to create their cooling device even with a large grate length economic operation and in particular improved heat recovery promises.
The inventive solution exists in the features of claim 1 and preferably those of Dependent claims.
The inventive arrangement uses a cooling grid, from several in the conveying direction elongated planks. Several of these planks will be in conveying direction moved back and forth, around the estate in the conveying direction to move. The movement is controlled so that every single plank itself each together with at least one adjacent plank in the conveying direction moved forward and not at the same time with the adjacent planks moved back. The width of the planks is dimensioned so small that during the regression a plank on top of it Well exercised backward conveying action, which on the friction between the plank concerned and the good is lower as the forward conveying action or holding action, which is based on friction, that of the adjacent property or from the side walls exercised becomes. This has the consequence that then, when a plank moves back between two stanched planks, the one above her lying gutstreifen of the over the property lying adjacent planks largely or completely held and so he does not follow the individually moved plank. If two or more adjacent planks with the lying on it Good at the same time in the conveying direction move and include a single plank between them standing still or moving in opposite directions, they also take the on this plank lying Gutstreifen with or at least one essential part of the same. By suitable motion control, at the return stroke each plank is controlled so that the adjacent planks hold the good lying on it, while the forward stroke always is executed simultaneously by several adjacent planks, the good bed becomes in the conveying direction transported.
This conveying principle is under the name "Walking Floor "for a long time Time known (DE-B-1296087, US-A-3534875, US-A-4144963, US-A-5222593, US-A-5482155). By its use according to the invention in a cooler, which is followed by a kiln, is surprisingly the way one raised Heat recovery gain achieved. It is based on the fact that the through the conveyor movement applied to the good bed mixing effect with this funding principle is low. In particular, there is a lack of vertical mixing movement in the Material bed. This has the consequence that the Treatment gas in case of a cooling process the hottest last Traverses layers and thereby the layer with a higher temperature leaves, as it is possible with more lively vertical mixing of the bed.
An older publication (US-A-2240590) contains the proposal, this funding principle of The specialist in cement production was unable to find any inspiration in his search for a kiln cooler that would enable good heat recovery from this publication On the other hand, the water cooling of the grate prevents good heat recovery and low construction and operating costs. The publication also contains nothing else, what good conditions of the "walking floor" principle for heat recovery at Application in a kiln cooler would have concluded.

The Invention includes in some cases, for example, to avoid caking, desired stronger good movement not from. This can be achieved, for example, by forward feed not even over the entire grate width but sections takes place, so that between the sections a relative movement is generated. Another possibility, the estate stronger to move, is that a higher Rust frequency selected becomes. Finally, can through stationary, into the bed protruding internals a movement within the Good beds are generated.
Conveniently, is the return stroke faster than the forward stroke. Furthermore, it may be appropriate if constantly the Most of the planks at the same speed in the conveying direction emotional. This can be done reach that the crop layer constantly moves at a substantially constant speed without passing through Standstill and restart Energy losses or disturbing vibrations arise.
Beispielsweise kann vorgesehen sein, daß eine Planke nur an jedem zweiten Förderhub der benachbarten Planke teilnimmt oder daß bei ihr jeder siebte Förderhub ausfällt.at a kiln cooler it may be appropriate at least one near-edge plank with lower frequency and / or Amplitude as the planks further inside to move thereby preventing the Good unwanted on the edge of the bed flows quickly. Instead or in addition can stationary Edge planks are provided. The other moving planks can also be used Frequency and amplitude are regulated differently, so that different Material requirements via the width of the grate can be accommodated. Depending on the type of the radiator upstream kiln and the Ofenabwurfs consists namely the Possibility, that the Properties of the estate over the width of the bed are not equal. Nevertheless, same or depending on the circumstances also specifically different conveyor speed Therefore, it may be desirable that the conveying movements the planks are more intense in one part of the grate than in one others. A different promotional effect The planks can also be achieved by having individual ones of them time at the time at the hub of otherwise moving along with them planks not take part. For example, it can be provided that a plank only on every second delivery stroke the adjacent plank participates or that at her every seventh delivery fails.
Finally exists the possibility, in such areas where experience has shown that the estate is at a higher speed or even to shoot through tends to attach suitable brakes to stationary obstacles are formed. For example, you can provided between adjacent planks stationary intermediate planks be, if necessary, also with projecting into the good bed flow obstacles are provided. It can also from the side walls over here the rust protruding internals are mounted so that the uniform Construction of the floor by internals does not need to be disturbed. The of over the page the rust protruding internals can a height which are smaller than the normal bed height, so they constantly intervene in the bed, to prevent its edge areas from flowing faster. If only it's about shooting through To prevent material above the normal bed, their height is chosen so that they themselves are where such a shooting is to be expected, so above the normal bed height.
Conveniently, the gap between adjacent planks is sealed against rust droop and / or gas passage. For the sealing, a labyrinth seal is preferably used in which a longitudinal ledge fixed to the edge of the plank is immersed in a bed of material held by the adjacent plank or a special gutter. It is a simple embodiment of this principle known (US-A-5,222,593), in which from the edge of a plank a sidebar stands high, which is overlapped by a downwardly projecting edge strip of the other plank. In In this case, however, the seal is located in the aggressive region of the material to be treated. Therefore, according to the invention, an embodiment is preferred in which the sealing arrangement is arranged below the planks. In this case, an upwardly opening longitudinal channel is arranged at the edge of a plank or separately stationary, which receives a bed of material during operation. From the edge of the plank, a longitudinal strip protrudes into this channel and into the bed formed in it. Together, these parts form a seal against the passage of bulk material that enters the channel through the gap between the planks. In addition, the arrangement forms a seal or at least a flow barrier for gas between the grate subspace and the grate upper space. A limited gas passage may be desirable, so that the desired gas treatment in the good bed can also take place above this sealing device. For this it will be sufficient in many cases, if one side of the upwardly open channel is connected to the grate subspace.
To a special feature of the invention is the sealing device or a stationary intermediate plank located between two adjacent planks from a stationary one Wall carry the grate under the adjacent planks separates each other. This makes it possible for the estate to be on neighboring ones Planks lies to ventilate different degrees.
The The ledge should be lowered from the edge of a plank into the gutter during the Always keep sufficient distance from the gutter walls, so that does not crush the good between the bar and a gutter wall becomes. This can be achieved in that the lateral distance between the groin and gutter walls is greater than the lateral guide play including the planks any thermal expansion. Furthermore, it may be appropriate for the same purpose that the gap between the ledge bottom and the channel bottom is smaller than the gap between the groin and the gutter wall.
If the gutter stationary is provided, can be sealed by each of the two against each other Plank edges a longitudinal bar go down into this channel. But there is also the possibility, the Gutter with the edge of a plank and the sloping ledge to connect with the edge of the other plank.
The one Part of the gutter that communicates directly with the nip is usually complete with bulk material filled be. During the Relative movement of the bar and the gutter to each other, is also something bulk pass under the bar to the other side. The vertical distance between the lower edge of the groin and the bottom of the channel should be low, thus this transfer of the good is inhibited. Furthermore should the gutter walls be high enough to overflow of the good in the rust subspace to safely prevent. Such an overflow is therefore unlikely because the gutter is constantly self emptied. Because the strips of adjacent planks are in front of each other and individually back move, the material bed located in the gutter becomes stronger in conveying direction as back moved and out of the gutter end, which should be open for this purpose, pushed out. Because not afraid must become, that this Material moves backwards, may the end of the tere, the end of the grate adjacent end of the Be open to the gutter.
It is common, the rust of a kiln cooler to connect a short section of grate, the task area for the immediate Recording of the falling of the furnace property is particularly suitable and hereinafter referred to as task section. The task-side Move ends of the planks of the grate section according to the invention while their push more or less far below the task section. For the Need relative movement she play between her top and the bottom of the task section. To avoid that cool air from the pressurized Rostunterraum by this game enters the Gutbett, without the Rust flows through and cooled to have is expediently provided a sealing arrangement, in the area of this game reduces is.
Conveniently, the top of the grate is substantially full-surface with Provided hollows in which cooled good catches and direct contact of rust with hot Good layers prevented. Also the task-side ends of the planks are expediently equipped with such hollows. If they drive under the charging section of the radiator and not there is more burdened by the good bed, there is a risk that from below in the troughs entering treatment gas the trough contents or at least the fines blow out. According to a further feature of the invention is therefore provided that the Air passage openings the troughs are shut off from the air supply when they are under the task section of the cooler are located.
One important advantage of the invention over push grates and such Rusting, with top conveyors interact, is that the wear of the rust and its bearing organs does not impair its function. The bearing organs can therefore easy to be designed. For example, the rust on rollers be stored.
Es zeigen:The Invention will be closer in the following explained with reference to the drawing, which is an advantageous embodiment illustrated. Show it:

There The individual planks are each separated from the rest of the planks move, there is the possibility by change their stroke length or Hubfrequenz their exerted on the Good conveyance and thus the conveying speed of the estate on them separately from the other planks or of the asset lying on it. This fact will used according to the invention that the chosen Properties of on a particular plank or a group Planks lying Guts used for determining the conveying speed can be essential be measured by suitable sensors and depending on the conveyor speed the plank (more precisely: their stroke frequency or their stroke length or both) automatically affected becomes. For example, the temperature of lying on a plank Good bed by radiation measurement of the Gutbettoberfläche or by measuring the immediately above this bed prevailing Temperature of the cooling air detected or it may be at the radiator end with thermocouples or pyrometers a temperature profile over the Grating width can be determined. It is useful, each per plank measuring point to use.
From that dependent can the conveying speed the plank constantly be managed. As the temperature increases, the speed becomes lowered to extend the residence time of the product in the cooling area, or vice versa. Instead of a permanent one Regulation is also possible periodically reduce the speed when a temperature increase is detected is, and vice versa.
It there is also the possibility this adjustment or regulation of the conveying speed targeted against certain, undesirable operating conditions use. Some good tends to form hot streams, for Example bordered Fine clinker ("Red River ") by Temperature scanners are localized and assigned to individual planks can. For the relevant planks can then the stroke length (or the stroke frequency or both) are reduced as long as the temperature profile over the Rust width has balanced. By reducing the stroke length in the hotter Zone increased there is the residence time of the fuel and therefore its cooling intensified.
Der Rostunterraum kann in Quer- und Längsrichtung durch Trennwände abgeteilt werden, so daß eine gezielte Belüftung, zum Beispiel des Randbereichs, auch ohne flexible Belüftungsleitungen möglich ist.you recognizes that thanks the invention as long as desired cooling grates can be realized being opposite in advance the rust no friction losses occur. There is friction between during the return stroke in the return stroke located planks and the bed lying thereon; their back-promoting Influence is but low. This results in a high efficiency of Ma terialtransports. The seal between adjacent planks or the housing can outside of the hot area be housed. Also, no conveying elements within the hot area required. The moving parts can through catching hollows from wear and tear Heat influence largely protected become. The stroke length can be chosen big for example between 100 and 1000 mm, preferably between 300 and 600 mm. This results in a low stroke frequency and a correspondingly low wear as well a low stress on the drive organs. The stroke length can be over the radiator width be set differently to different quality characteristics across to consider the bed width and in particular, marginality of the clinker ("Red River "). It can be a uniform Luftbeaufschlagung over the Grate width can be achieved because those areas of known grates, in which the air supply there by sealing or driving elements is locked, missing or can be reduced to a minimum. Of the Rostunterraum can be divided in the transverse and longitudinal direction by partitions so that one targeted ventilation, for example, the edge area, even without flexible ventilation ducts possible is.
