Claims (7)

1. Luftreiniger, welcher ein Hauptgehäuse, das einen Lufteinlass und einen Luftauslass enthält, und Aktivkohle und Filter umfasst, die bis an den Lufteinlass angeordnet sind, wobei die Luft vom Lufteinlass über die Aktivkohle und Filter mittels eines Ventilators abgeleitet und anschließend durch den Luftauslass wieder abgegeben wird, der Filter aus übereinander geschichteten Kunststoffnetzlagen durch Spritzgießen hergestellt ist, jede Netzlage eine Vielzahl von Trennrippen und eingravierten Öffnungen besitzt, so dass der Fotokatalysator auf den Trennrippen angeordnet werden kann, und diese Struktur es ermöglicht, dass Luft durch die eingravierten Öffnungen in die Netzlagen strömen und eine fotokatalytische Reaktion stattfinden kann, die von der auf den Trennrippen befindlichen Fotokatalysator auffallenden Ultraviolettstrahlung verursacht wird und die Luft zersetzen und desinfizieren kann.
2. Luftreiniger nach Anspruch 1, wobei die eingravierten Öffnungen und die Trennrippen in einer Fläche angeordnet sind, von deren Unterseite eine Nase vorsteht, wodurch die Nase an der Unterseite der jeweiligen Netzlage als Anschlag für die Oberseite der darunter liegenden nächsten Lage wirkt, so dass die Oberflächen der Lagen durch einen geeigneten Zwischenraum getrennt sind.
3. Luftreiniger nach Anspruch 1, wobei jede Netzlage ein axiales Loch besitzt, das mit den anderen axialen Löchern in einer geraden Linie ausgerichtet ist, wenn die Netzlagen übereinander geschichtet sind, wodurch ein Durchgang für die Ultraviolettstrahlung gebildet wird.
4. Filter, der durch Spritzgießen aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist und eine Vielzahl von ausgepressten Öffnungen und von Trennrippen umfasst, wobei sich auf jeder davon ein Fotokatalysator befindet.
5. Filter nach Anspruch 4, wobei die eingravierten Öffnungen und die Trennrippen in der Fläche einer Lage angeordnet sind und von der Unterseite der Lage eine Nase vorsteht.
6. Filter nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Lage in ihrer Mitte ein axiales Loch aufweist.
7. Filter nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Fotokatalysator mit einem Kunststoff vermischt und beim Spritzgießen in den Filter eingearbeitet wird.
