Claims (3)

1. Bohrer (1) als Implantatwerkzeug zum Einbringen von Bohrungen im Kiefer mit einem konisch geformten Arbeitsteil (2), dessen Schneiden (4) schraubenförmig und rechtsschneidend sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneiden (4) einen Linksdrall haben, indem von dem Schaft (3) aus gesehen die schraubenförmigen Schneiden (4) sich entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn zur vorderen Spitze (5) hin drehen.
2. Bohrer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vordere Bohrerspitze (5) abgerundet ist und einen im axialen Längsschnitt teilkreisförmig oder teilovalförmig insbesondere teilellipsenförmig ist.
3. Bohrer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arbeitsbereich (2) einen inneren wassergekühlten Hohlraum aufweist.
