Claims (12)

Ergonomische Liegestützhilfe bestehend aus zwei im we­ sentlichen parallel angeordneten Holmen (1, 1'), die ge­ genüber einem Erd- oder Fußboden (4) durch Fußstützen (2, 2') abgestützt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindes­ tens die Oberseite der Holme (1, 1') einen Neigungswinkel β gegenüber einer Waagerechten (14) besitzt, der in Blickrichtung eines Trainierenden (5), also in der vom Körper abgewandten Richtung abfallend ist.1.
