Claims (11)
1. Filterelement aus mindestens zwei Filterlagen (10, 20),
wobei die eine Filterlage (20) von einem Faservlies
(21) gebildet ist und die andere Filterlage (10) aus
einem offenporigen Schaumstoff (11) besteht, der auf
der einen Filterlage (20) befestigt ist, sowie mit ei
nem das Filterelement (1) stützenden Träger,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Faservlies ein durch
Tränken mit einer aushärtenden Flüssigkeit verfestigter
Filz (21) ist, der als Träger das Filterelement (1)
aussteift.
2. Filterelement nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Filz (21) einen form
stabilen, im wesentlichen starren Körper bildet.
3. Filterelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeit eine che
misch und/oder thermisch aushärtende Flüssigkeit ist.
4. Filterelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeit ein Harz,
insbesondere ein Phenolharz ist.
5. Filterelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der offenporige Schaumstoff
(11) auf den ausgehärteten Filz (21) aufgeklebt ist.
6. Filterelement nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoff ein Zwei
komponenten-Klebstoff ist.
7. Filterelement nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoffauftrag als
Pulver oder in Form eines vorzugsweise gleichmäßigen
Gitters (7) ausgebildet ist.
3. Filterelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der dem Schaumstoff
(11) abgewandten Seite des formstabilen Filzes (21) ei
ne Feinfilterlage (30) in Form einer dünnen, fein
faserigen Filzschicht (31) angeordnet ist.
9. Filterelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filterelement (1) aus
waschbar ist.
10. Filterelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die senkrecht zu den Fil
terlagen (10, 20, 30) stehenden Ecken (9) vorzugsweise
in Umfangsrichtung des Filterelementes gerundet sind.
11. Filterelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaumstofflage mit dem
Filz (21) thermisch verschweißt ist.
