Claims (28)
- - Bereitstellen einer flüssigen Lösung der Polymerzusammen setzung,
- - Einfüllen der Lösung der Polymerzusammensetzung in ein Ab druckwerkzeug (200) in Form eines Behältnis, dessen Innen raum der äußeren Gestalt des Probenträgers entspricht,
- - Vernetzen der Lösung der Polymerzusammensetzung, und
- - Abtrennen des Probenträgers aus dem Abdruckwerkzeug (200).
- - zum Aufbau eines fluidischen Mikrosystems zur Manipulie rung von Suspensionen synthetischer und/oder biologischer Teilchen,
- - als Mikroprobenaufnahme für eine Vielzahl kleinster Lösungsvolumina im nl- bis µl-Bereich,
- - als Probenaufnahme für konfokalmikroskopische Untersuchun gen, und
- - zum Aufbau einer Fluoreszenzküvette in Schichtform.
