Fig. 1 einen Vertikalschnitt durch eine Leuchteneinheit, Fig. 1 is a vertical section through a lamp unit,
Fig. 2 einen Ausschnitt aus einer perspektivischen Ansicht der Leuchteneinheit, Fig. 2 shows a detail of a perspective view of the lamp unit,
Fig. 3 die Blendrahmenöffnung für das Blinklicht von hinten und Fig. 3, the frame opening for the flashing light from behind and
Fig. 4 ein Blinkerglas. Fig. 4 is a turn signal lens.
In Fig. 1 a vertical section of a lamp unit is shown with a arranged in a housing 1 frame 2 of a heat resistant plastic with a chromium-plated surface of a reflector chamber 3 arranged in a lower plane for the flashing light and in an upper plane two adjacent reflector chambers RK for the low and high beam, of which only one can be seen in section. The housing 1 is closed at the front of the vehicle by a cover plate 4 , which is arranged at a distance from the frame 2 . The frame 2 and the cover plate 4 are welded to the housing 1 at their upper, horizontally running edge region. The cover plate 4 surrounds the frame 2 on the underside and is also firmly connected to the housing 1 at its horizontal edge. This is accessible accessible on its back, not shown, so that the lamps are interchangeable. A blinker lens 5 is attached to the part of the frame 2 which forms the reflector chamber 3 . The blind frame wall 6 separating the reflector chambers arranged one above the other has a horizontally formed shoulder 7 for the turn signal lens 5 , above which a gap 8 is formed, into which the turn signal lens 5 engages with a bead 9 . The indicator lens 5 is vibration-welded to the frame wall 6 on its upper edge. On its lower, horizontal edge ( FIG. 2, FIG. 4), several rectangular, vertically downward projections 10 are formed at a distance, which are also provided with rectangular recesses 11 . With these projections 10 , the turn signal lens 5 rests on the lower horizontal end region of the cover plate 4 and thus supports the frame wall 6 . Horizontal projections 12 , which are integrally formed on the frame 2 and are formed in the direction of the reflector, engage in the recesses 11 and are each welded in the region of the throat formed with the blinker lens 5 . Thus, in addition to the frame wall 6 , the lower frame wall 13 is also firmly connected to the indicator lens 5 , as a result of which the frame 2 is stabilized and fixed to the cover plate 4 or the housing 1 . Between the projections 10 with the cover plate 4 ventilation slots 14 are formed for air circulation, which is started in a known manner by the wind and made possible by several air inlet openings 15 in the upper edge region of the frame 2 and by air outlet openings 16 in the bottom of the housing 1 . Figs. 2 to 4 illustrate the construction and arrangement of the turn disk 5 on the frame 2.
