Abstract

Fig. 1 ein Backofen ist mit einer zugeordneten frontseitigen Tür im Seitenschnitt und in einer be vorzugten Ausführungsform für die radiale Zentrierung des Halteprofils (13) und damit der mittleren Glasscheibe (7) der Haltewinkel (14) einstückig mit einem inneren Schenkel (15) des Türrahmens (5) verbunden. Der Rahmenschenkel (15) liegt dabei im wesentlichen parallel und benachbart im äußeren Randbereich der Muffelfrontwand (11) zugewandten außenlie genden Glasscheibe (8). Haltewinkel (14) sind dabei selbstverständlich auch hier an allen 4 Längsseiten des Halteprofils (13) vorgesehen. Es ergibt sich dadurch die besondere Möglich keit, mehrere Glashaltewinkel an der Innenseite (17) der Glasscheibe (8) insbesondere durch Kleben festzusetzen, wobei die Glashaltewinkel mit einem Winkelschenkel (18) durch eine Öffnung (19) im Rahmenschenkel (15) hindurch greifen. Der Winkelschenkel (18) kann da durch im Bereich der bei 20 angedeuteten Mittellinie eines Zuganteils, insbesondere einer Schraube, am Türrahmen fest in den Haltewinkel (14) festgelegt werden. Bei der Montage der Backofentür kann dann zuerst die dem Türrahmenschenkel (15) zugeordnete Glasscheibe (8) an den Haltewinkeln (14) festgelegt werden. Dabei braucht zur Abdichtung der Glasscheibe (8) gegenüber dem Türrahmen (5) unmittelbar am Rand der Glasscheibe (8) umlaufend eine Silikonschraubendichtung (10) aufgebracht zu werden, die sich bei der Montage der Glas scheibe (8) dicht an den benachbarten Außenrand des Türrahmens (5) anlegt und das Eindrin gen von Flüssigkeiten, Wrasen und dergleichen in den Türinnenraum unterbindet. Anschlie ßend kann dann die mittlere Glasscheibe (7) mit aufgestecktem Halteprofil (13) zwischen die Haltewinkel (14) eingeschoben werden, so daß anschließend nur mehr dem Benutzer zuge wandte vordere Glasscheibe (6) am Türrahmen (5) festzusetzen ist. Diese Verfahrensweise vereinfacht die Montage der Glasplatten (6, 7) und erfordert dabei nur in einfachster Weise aufgebaute Haltemittel. Die äußere Glasscheibe (6) überdeckt die gesamte Frontfläche der Backofentür und ist mit dem Türrahmen (5) verklebt. Sie trägt zudem am oberen Ende einen Handgriff (9), um die Backofentür aufklappen bzw. schließen zu können. Die andere außenliegende Glasscheibe (8), die der Zugrifföffnung (4) unmittelbar benachbart ist, ist ebenfalls am Türrahmen (5) vorzugsweise mittels eines Klebstoffes (10) rundum dicht an der zugewandten Seite des Türrahmens (5) festgelegt.
