des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a device for collecting pipes, round and
Polygonal rods and the like elongated material according to the preamble
of claim 1.
A generic device is known from DE-PS 12 08 238. This points
a recess in a frame, into which the pipes are drained
roll in. There is a load band at the top of the frame at the top of the pipe
cross-tensioned, which carries the tubes rolling into the trough and accordingly
the pipe inflow gradually drops to the bottom of the trough. This is in the area of
Pipe inlet of the trough arranged a light barrier through each one in the trough
a running pipe is interrupted, and the impulse by the interruption
is triggered, the gradual lowering of the load band to the bottom of the trough
effected in the rhythm of the pipe inflow. To implement this lowering process
one end of the load band is fixed and the other end on one
Reel spooled, which has a drive for winding and unwinding.
This known construction has the disadvantage that the drive for the largest
existing load torque must be designed so that the motor is large
fails.
kleineren Antrieb auskommt.
The object of the invention is to provide a generic device for
Gather elongated material to indicate the essential with
smaller drive.
Vorteilhafte
Weiterbildungen sind Bestandteil von Unteransprüchen. This task is based on the generic term in conjunction with the
characterizing features of claim 1 solved. Beneficial
Further training is part of subclaims.
S1B = S01/eµα und S1M = S02 × eµα
S02 = halbes Gurtgewicht beim Aufspulen
µ = Reibungskoeffizient
S1B = Bremskraft abwärts
S1M = Motorkraft aufwärts
α = Umschlingungswinkel im Bogenmaß.According to the invention, at least one further, preferably a total of four or more deflections are arranged in the drive area. The deflection can be designed as a rigid cylinder shell or as a rotatable roller. Using the known rope friction law applies to a deflection formed from a rigid cylinder surface with regard to the braking force and the motor force
S 1B = S 01 / e µα and S 1M = S 02 × e µα
S 01 = load on the belt in the collecting trough when filling
S 02 = half the belt weight when winding
µ = coefficient of friction
S 1B = braking force downwards
S 1M = engine power upwards
α = wrap angle in radians.
This means that the required braking force S 1B on the drive can be reduced by increasing the degree of wrap. Accordingly, the required motor is also very small, so that 1. costs and 2. space is saved. After emptying the trough, the motor only winds up the empty belt. When the collection trough is filled, the lowering of the belt is controlled by light barriers and the motor brake, ie only the drive brake absorbs the belt load S 1B .
As there is enough time to wind up the belt after emptying the trough
a slow rotating motor in the range of 100 revs / min is sufficient.
out. A rotation of 30 per minute is preferably selected. The minor
Speed means low power, so that only a small and compact build
Motor is required for this drive.
The use of a wide rope has proven itself as a belt. A wide rope shows that
required mobility and is very resistant. Alternatively, the strap
a simple rope, a metal band, a link chain, a lift belt or another
be wound up means, which is designed for the load occurring. It
can be made of different materials.
In the single figure, an exemplary embodiment of the invention
Device explained in more detail.
In jedem
The collecting trough designed according to the invention consists of a base frame 1 and two frame parts 2 , 3 arranged on the right and left. A rotatable roller 4 , 5 , over which a belt 6 runs, is arranged in each frame part 2 , 3 . The end of the belt 6 on the left in this embodiment is fastened to a spring 7 in the form of a compression spring, while the other end of the belt is guided according to the invention via further rotatable rollers 8-10 . Alternatively, rigid deflections in the form of cylindrical shells can be used instead of the rotatable rollers. Likewise, the end of the belt 6 on the left here can be fastened to a fixed point (not shown) instead of to a spring 7 . The end of the belt is wound up via a drum 11 provided with a drive. The possibility of rotation of the drum 11 is indicated by a double arrow 12 . The starting position of the belt 6 can be set as desired. In this exemplary embodiment, the tubes 13 to be collected are fed via a longitudinal roller table 14 . The pipes 10 ″ are pushed onto a rolling table 15 by means of a pushing device, not shown here. From there they roll or slide towards the collecting trough and roll or slide onto the belt 6, which is tensioned as desired. In this process, the light beam 16 is interrupted by a light barrier 17 , 18 . As soon as the light beam 16 is interrupted for a longer period of time for about 10 seconds, this means that the collecting trough is filled up to the area of the light beam 16 and has to be lowered. The pulse generated after this is passed on to the engine brake to release the same. After releasing the brake, the drum 11 can turn clockwise. The rotation of the drum 11 is triggered by the belt force acting on it. The belt 6 is lowered until the light beam 16 is no longer interrupted. The drive brake is then applied again. This process is repeated until the end position shown here (bare belt) is reached. After emptying the collecting trough, the drum 11 is rotated counterclockwise by means of the motor and the belt 6 is brought back to the starting position and tensioned as desired. Afterwards, the collecting trough is ready for a new loading. Only the empty belt is tensioned with the motor.
