Description
Claims (6)
einem Diodenbegrenzerarray (12), das M Serien von N Paaren von parallelen Dioden (12 1 . . . 12 N), die, seriell verbunden sind, aufweist, wobei M und N ≧ 2 sind, und jedes Paar von parallelen Dioden eine in Flußrichtung und eine in Sperrichtung betriebene Diode aufweist, wo bei Paare von parallelen Dioden in einer Serie mit je weils, entsprechenden Paaren von parallelen Dioden weiterer Serien parallel verbunden sind;
einem Eingangsanpassungsnetzwerk (14); und
einem elektrischen Ausgangsanpassungsnetzwerk (14).
