Abstract

The button is mounted on a disc shaped fastener (1) which has a core part (3) which is provided with fastening prongs (2). The prongs can be pushed through the cloth (14) and which are bent over by the inside of the button. The fastener has a flat surface area (3') which is covered by a spherical cap (4) with an identification marking component (5) that can be stamped on the fastener. Das Kernteil, welches einen sogenann ten Zweispitz ausbildet, ist von einem Kalott überfan gen, welcher die freie Rückseite des Knopfes in Form einer Sichtfläche ausbildet. Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch die in den Ansprüchen angegebene Erfindung. Es ist vorgesehen, daß auf dem Kernteil im Bereich der Prägestelle Vertiefungen ausge bildet sind. Beim Einprägen der Identmarkierung mit bspw. dem Unterwerkzeug der Ansetzmaschine wird dann Material aus dem Kalott in die Aussparungen der Kalott oberfläche eingedrückt. Hierdurch kann eine präzise und gut lesbare Buchstabenprägung erfolgen. In einer bevor zugten Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß die Aussparungen in der Oberfläche des Kernteiles einge fräst oder eingeprägt sind. Die Aussparungen können die Form der möglichen Prägeziffern aufweisen. Insbesondere können die Aussparungen die Form einer Siebenseg ment-Rasterzahl haben. Dieses insgesamt die Form einer Acht aufweisendes Segmentraster ist dann entsprechend der Anzahl der möglichen Prägeziffern in der Oberfläche des Kernteiles eingebracht. Das Kernteil ist bei einer derartigen Anordnung bevorzugt nicht rotationssym metrisch ausgebildet, so daß es in der Ansetzmaschine beim Zuführen orientiert werden kann zur Ziffernorien tierung im Prägestempel, welcher von dem Ansetzwerkzeug ausgebildet wird. Bevorzugt weist das Befestigungsteil zwei abgewinkelte spitze Fortsätze auf, welche den Stoff durchdringen und in eine Kammer des Funktionstei les des Knopfes eindringen. Dabei wird die Bodenwandung der Kammer durchstochen. Innerhalb der Kammer ist eine Umlenkfläche vorgesehen, welche konkav gewölbt ist. Die Fortsätze des Kernteiles stoßen gegen diese gehärtete, gewölbte Fläche und werden umgebogen und verkrallen sich so in der kesselförmigen Kammer des Knopfes. Beim Ansetzen des Knopfes wird in die Sichtfläche des das Kernteil überfangenden Kalotts eine Identmarkierung in Form von Ziffern einprägt.
