Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cuboid paving stone for flat water seepage according to the generic term of the patent claim 1.
Such a generic paving stone is by DE-U-87 00 821 already known as a so-called lawn paving stone. There at takes this publication on the special training of Spacers cover this paving stone easily and without elaborate technical aids combined with always exact to be able to lay the same spacing. So are the two first opposite side faces two and on each of the two lateral surfaces lying transversely to it Spacers arranged. The spacers have a height he maximum of 2/3 of the height of the paving stone and thus end below the top. Since the side distances after the installation are not the spacers more visible.
The disadvantage of a manufactured and installed in this way Paving stone is that a surface water is not in sufficient amount can flow into the underground because the joints between the stones through inheritance and through plants gradually grew clogged. That means a surface water, for example rainwater, from the Kanali sation must be recorded and thus to the groundwater is withdrawn at least temporarily.
Die Schrägflächen verlaufen aus der Boden fläche heraus zur Oberseite der Verbundplatte, wo sie bündig anschließen.DE-U-87 02 871 is a composite panel for reducing the rain runoff from paths and squares in the Kanalisa tion known. This composite panel has on the outer edge and / or recesses within the plate surface that form a floor side enlarged space for collecting and stationary infiltration of rainwater. Such provided on the outer edge Recesses are designed, among other things, as inclined surfaces Side faces of the composite panel, through vertical webs are interrupted. The sloping surfaces run out of the floor face out to the top of the composite panel where it is flush connect.
Finally, EP-B-0 504 536 is a shaped concrete block Known as seepage stone, the continuous grooves on the bottom owns. At the end faces there are vertical ab standing cams attached, which ge from the floor surface see do not extend over the entire height of the concrete block. The grooves provided on the outer edge of the bottom surface are designed as half and open to the outside grooves that are in the Compound with other concrete blocks to form a closed one complete the whole groove. The distance cams from ver placed stones meet each other. This design of the shaped stone creates an all-round, uniform Groove that allows surface water to drain off and in the grooves continues without being jammed. By the in the Bo The grooves made in the surface become a space for the recording the leachate created so that when laying this be knew less concrete in the sewer must be derived.
It is considered disadvantageous with this concrete block that through the inevitably large in cross section the grooves or troughs reduce the pressure load results. With high loads on the top immediately below a groove, for example due to heavy vehicles, the Concrete form stone is additionally subjected to bending and tending consequently to cracking or breaking. Also allow the grooves already form a trace in the top after rela tiv short exposure to vehicles driving over. Another Disadvantage is described in EP-B-0 504 536 itself in that that with this concrete block there is a risk that a urgent dirt particles clog the grooves in the floor surface and thereby cancel their function as an infiltration room.
By the arrangement of the spacer cams such that they in Meeting each other, it is also not guaranteed that the concrete blocks even with corresponding sliding loads over the top, for example when braking from driving witness, stay in the laying bed. Rather, according to ent speaking timing with a relative shift of the To calculate shaped stones among themselves, which ultimately also the spacer cams function as a constant joint lose actuator.
Starting from the aforementioned prior art, it is a task the invention of a paving stone of the type mentioned create the described disadvantages by surprising Avoid simple, but technically very effective features det and easy to manufacture and just as simple and machine nell can be laid together.
According to the invention, this object is achieved through the features of Claim 1 solved.
Inventive refinements and developments are in the Subclaims 2 to 6 described.
This paving stone designed according to the invention is due to the Tooth joint in the floor area, which is a depth of only has a few millimeters, well against displacement under of various causes. The gearing joint engages due to compaction by vibrators during laying against the underground of stones, sand and / or split. A additional protection against the relative displacement of the The paving stones against the underground is special designed distance cams in the rotor joint. Because the Distance cams of two laid in the runner joint to each other Paving stones interlock with each other through mutual investment each other. Have the side surfaces offset by 90 ° only one distance cam each, which, however, compared to the Ab standing cam offset symmetrically on the other side surface is. Overall, this means that the distance cams are not meet each other, but logically next to each other lie and even support each other laterally.
By interlocking with only a small depth, the risk of Deflection or cracking of the paving stones in Swiss Avoid stress. The paving stone lies full and over the entire floor area on the ground and can therefore take up the greatest loads without damage. Because this type of floor surface formation also prevents that Longitudinal lane formation due to vehicles driving over.
The design of the second side surface as an inclined inclined Area that extends from the bottom to the top tert, on the one hand creates the necessary storage space for seepage water of sufficient size. On the other hand, this plum penetrates wedge-shaped into the underground, which in turn leads to a contributes to improved behavior in the network. The sloping sides surface allows a large seepage space without the stability of the Affect paving stone.
An example of the invention is shown in the drawing.

Fig. 4 is a plan view of paving stones laid in the composite.
The paving stone 1 is cuboid in shape as a rectangular block and is formed as a so-called seepage stone. Instead of the rectangular shape, other block cross sections are of course also possible, for example square or polygon cross sections. The paving stone 1 is preferably made of a concrete of suitable quality; however, paving stones made of a plastic or recycling material are also conceivable.
The paving stone 1 has a walkable and drivable upper part 2 , which can be rough, roughened, structured or smooth if necessary. The opposite bottom surface 3 has two mutually parallel and parallel to one side surface 4 or parallel to the outer edge of the bottom surface 3 aligned toothing grooves 5 . The toothing grooves 5 are arranged symmetrically in the bottom surface 3 and provided with conical side edges 6 , whereby the bottom of the toothing grooves 5 is narrower than the open outer surface. The toothing grooves 5 are only a few millimeters, preferably about three to seven millimeters, deeply worked into the bottom surface 3 .
The top 2 and the bottom surface 3 are connected by side surfaces 4 and 7 to form the cuboid. The two first opposite side surfaces 7 each have two spacing cams 8 arranged symmetrically to one another. The distance cams 8 are each in the four quarters 9 of the first side surfaces 7th Your mutually facing side edges 10 lie on the center line 11 of the respective side half. This means that the first side surfaces 7 are divided into two halves by the axis of symmetry 12 , which in turn are divided into two further halves by the center line 11 .
The side edges 10 facing each other are inclined at an angle of 45 °. Likewise, these side edges 10 can also be straight or spherical or curved.
The spacing cams 8 extend from the bottom surface 3 perpendicularly in the direction of the upper side 2 and end with an obliquely outwardly inclined end edge 13 at a distance below the upper side 2 . As to run in phantom in Fig. 3, the end edges may be performed 13 also to the upper side 2 and with its oblique surface 13 or other surface shapes go directly into the top 2.
The second end faces 4 , which are arranged at right angles to the first side faces 7, have a surface 14 which extends from the bottom face 3 to the upper face 2 and is inclined at an angle and which merges into the side faces 4 at approximately half the height of the paving stone 1 . The spacing cams 15 also end in this transition, which in turn extend up to a distance from the top 2 of the paving stone. Be also here is shown in FIG. 3, dash-dotted embodiment, the ness possible to allow the above-beveled end edge 13 directly in the upper side 2 pass. The flat beveled end edge 13 can be formed in any shape, for example straight or crowned. The outward inclined slope supports in a special way the rapid drainage of the surface water in the edge grooves 16 or runner joints 17 of a paving stone composite.
In an alternative embodiment, the inclined surface 14 of the second side surface 4 can extend to the upper side 2 and can be provided there, for example, with a chamfer or otherwise broken edge in order to prevent the otherwise sharp-edged running edge of the upper side 2 from breaking out.
Another alternative embodiment provides that the spacing cams 15 of the second side surfaces 4 extend to the bottom surface 3 or close to the bottom surface 3 , thereby forming between the spacing cams 15 chambers for water absorption (seepage space).
The spacing cams 15 are each offset on the opposite second side surfaces 4 . As a result, these spacing cams 15 are laterally spaced apart from one another, as can be clearly seen in FIG .
Fig. 4 shows several paving stones 1 , which are laid in a composite. The special arrangement of the spacing cams 8 on the first side surfaces 7 enables the paving stones to be laid offset in the runner joint 17 by half a block each. In this case, the facing side edges 10 lie against each other the spacer elements 8 and thus form a toothing / Ab support against displacement of the paving stones 1 unterein other in the direction of Läuferfuge 17th This toothing via the spacing cams 8 is supported by the toothing grooves 5 in the bottom surface 3 . In this way, a bond is securely laid in the laying bed, which can withstand long and heavy loads.
All shown in the figures and in the description and the details explained in the summary are for the Invention important.
