Abstract

Concrete palisade comprises vertical walls which have the cross-section of an equal-sided trapezium. Each trapezium side has tongues (1) and grooves (2) in accordance with rotation symmetry, which form a group which does not occupy the complete length of the trapezium side and lies in the middle. Preferred Features: The depth of at least one outer tongue of a group is less than the depth of the other tongues, and/or the depth of one of the outer grooves of a group is greater than the depth of the other grooves. The section having no tongues or grooves does not reach the central joint line of adjacent concrete palisades but lies parallel to it.

Description

The invention relates to a concrete palisade for landscaping with vertical Walls that represent an isosceles trapezoid in the floor plan.

Concrete palisades are mainly used for the construction of embankment fortifications but also often as a demarcation from paved areas to higher or lower ones Terrain related.

They have the task of being easy to move and to give an attachment an attractive appearance. They should be used to erect straight surfaces to adjacent surfaces and also to easily work on a paving in the curve area.
Furthermore, all conceivable changes in direction and curves should be possible with concrete palisades, without large gaping joints and the bond between the palisades suffering as a result.

It is known that concrete palisades of various types are used for landscaping Find use.

There are concrete palisades which have the shape of paving stones and their size record and are essentially rectangular or square. With these Concrete palisades are straightforward connections on paving surfaces. Since the concrete palisades have no mutual hold, it is a move and Alignment difficult.

Furthermore, they can only be used to implement limited curves, otherwise the Gap gap between the palisades too wide.

Other concrete palisades have a concave section on one side and a convex section on the other, so that such palisades give each other support. The other two sides are straight or structured. However, since the concave section is smaller than the convex section, a change in direction is only possible in the area of the length difference between the convex and concave section, which leads to a restriction of the change in direction. In addition, working on a paving in the curve area is very complex, since there are triangular-like jumps from palisade to palisade.
Often, the radius of the concave and convex sections was chosen very large to improve the appearance of the palisades, in order to obtain a rather rectangular impression of the palisade in plan view. However, this led to a further restriction of mobility or change of direction.

There are also concrete palisades that describe a trapezoid in the floor plan. Are with them easy to change direction and angle without making the joints more adjacent Open palisades. However, these palisades do not give each other any hold on Offset.

DE-A-196 51 710 offenbart eine Betonpalisade, die alle Merkmale des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1, einschließlich aneinanderfolgende Federn und Nuten, um einen gegenseitigen Halt zu geben, einschließt.DE-A-196 51 710 discloses a concrete palisade that has all the features the preamble of claim 1, including successive Includes tongues and grooves to provide mutual support.

The invention is based on the object of developing a concrete palisade that is easy to move and gives the neighboring palisades the necessary support. It should be able to achieve straight ends with adjacent surfaces and It should also be possible to easily work on a paving in the curve area. Furthermore, with the concrete palisade all conceivable changes of direction and Curves can be realized without large gaping joints and that the bond between the palisades against each other suffers.

These tasks are solved with the concrete palisade described in the claims.

The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings.

1 and 2 show the concrete palisade according to the invention in plan view.
In Fig.1 the concrete palisade is shown, which is an isosceles trapezoid in plan and whose walls are vertical. Each trapezoidal leg has tongues (1) and grooves (2) in the sense of rotational symmetry, which form a group that does not occupy the entire trapezoidal leg length (3) and comes to rest on it in the middle.

The depth of at least one outer spring (1) of a group is less than the depth of the rest of the spring (1) or springs (1). It is also possible for the depth of an outer groove (2) of a group to be greater than the depth of the rest of the groove (2) or grooves (2), or a combination of both versions seems sensible.
The concrete palisade is shown here, which has only one group of two tongues (1) and two grooves (2) on each trapezoidal leg and whose outer tongue (2) has a smaller depth than the tongue (1) which is located next to the center of the trapezoidal leg , Since a complicated mold places very high demands on the mold maker of a steel mold, a minimum of springs (1) and grooves (2) must be observed.
If more tongues (1) and grooves (2) are arranged, there can be a constant decrease in the tongue depth or an increase in the groove depth towards the outside, which, however, leads to an increased effort for the construction of a mold.

It is also crucial that the trapezoidal leg sections (4), on which there are no springs (1) and grooves (2), do not reach the joint center line (5) from adjacent concrete palisades, but are at a distance from it parallel to the joint center line (5).
The tongues (1) and grooves (2) are preferably elongated, isosceles trapezoids. It is advantageous if their corners are replaced by curves.

The trapezoid corners (6) of the concrete palisade are also replaced by curves.

The top of the concrete palisade has a trapezoidal chamfer top edge (7) rounded corners, from which a chamfer is formed with the same slope to the edge of the palisade becomes. Due to the longer chamfer in the area of the springs (1), this occurs optically back and does not become so after moving concrete palisades according to the invention strongly perceived. An essentially trapezoidal palisade appears.

2 shows another concrete palisade according to the invention.
The outer shape of the concrete palisade is the same as in Fig. 1.
Only the upper chamfer edge (7) plays around the trapezoid wall in free areas in some areas. As a result, the regular shape and the design of the springs (1) and grooves (2) take a back seat. If the surface of the concrete palisade is structured like a natural stone palisade, this effect is further supported.

Die Fig. 3, 4 und 5 zeigen jeweils Aneinanderreihungen mehrerer Betonpalisaden nach Fig. 2 in der Draufsicht.3, 4 and 5 each show a series of several concrete palisades Fig. 2 in top view.

In Fig. 3 you can see how a straight line of concrete palisades is achieved by rotating 180 ° to the previous palisade. The springs (1) and grooves (2) provide mutual support, which makes moving easier.
There are just degrees to adjacent areas.
By changing from long to short view side, a varied picture of a palisade attachment is achieved.

4 shows how a tight curve can be realized with concrete palisades.

The trapezoidal legs of the concrete palisade have a 9 ° from the vertical deviating angles, so that a curve through 90 ° with the fifth concrete palisade can be realized.

5 shows how a larger radius is achieved with concrete palisades according to the invention.
It is clear that there are no gaping joints with concrete palisades according to the invention and that there is a slight preparation of adjacent paving surfaces in the curve area.

6 shows a top view of two concrete palisades laid next to one another according to FIG. 1, the lower concrete palisade being arranged rotated by 4 ° with respect to the upper concrete palisade.
It can be seen that with concrete palisades according to the invention, minimal changes in direction can be carried out without the composite effect suffering as a result. The gaping gap in this example is less than one cm and therefore not annoying.

It is now clear that everyone is conceivable with the concrete palisades according to the invention Changes in direction are possible without it being difficult to work on adjoining paved surfaces. In all cases, the network is also the Concrete palisades guaranteed.

Concrete palisades according to the invention are moved according to the prior art.
