Abstract

A palisade comprises visible or wall surfaces disposed on opposing sides and intermediate end faces. One of the end faces is provided with a projecting convex head, while the other end face comprises a correspondingly formed concave receptacle for the head. When forming a palisade wall, the head of a palisade can engage in the receptacle of a neighboring palisade such that the head substantially completely fills the receptacle. To be able to bend neighboring palisades relative to one another over a large angle and to increase the design possibilities of a palisade wall, the head and the receptacle are disposed eccentrically on the respective end face and preferably in the corner region between the end face and the associated visible or wall surface.

Description

The invention relates to a palisade with on opposite Sides or wall surfaces arranged in between and in between lying end faces, being on one of the end faces a protruding convex head and on the other A concave receptacle is formed on the end face and wherein the head and the inclusion in the formation of a palisade wall with a recording or a head of an adjacent one Palisade engage so that the head is receiving essentially completely filled out.

The series of vertical buried in the ground or any other palisade set or piles to form walls or walls has been around known for a long time. While the palisades were originally called Protective walls served, you can find today especially at the design of gardens and outdoor areas, for example Use for raised beds, slope supports, terraces, etc. The palisades are usually made of wood or Concrete and are clamped in a concrete foundation in the ground. If only very slight loads on the palisade act, it may also be sufficient to simply use these Digging in the ground.

The following is an example from one side by side arranged palisades formed wall, which are either free-standing or at least one-sided with soil can be backfilled.

While earlier logs usually used as palisades were and therefore this one essentially possessed circular cross-section, palisades are nowadays mostly manufactured as precast concrete, which enables the palisades in the shape of their cross-section to design according to the requirements. Such a palisade, as described in DE 297 15 696 U1 is shown on two opposite sides arranged visible or wall surfaces that together with the corresponding visible or wall surfaces of neighboring palisades the surface of the wall when set up form. At the ends of the visible or wall surfaces of the palisade an end face is formed, which essentially runs perpendicular to the visible or wall surfaces. When the palisades are lined up next to each other Palisades with their facing end faces planted.

The stability of each palisade is determined by the Embedding in the ground reached. In order to avoid local directed essentially perpendicular to the wall plane It is out of the world to be able to absorb forces better DE 297 15 696 U1 known, palisades arranged side by side to engage with each other so that shear loads, that act on a palisade, also on neighboring palisades transferred and derived from them, so that the stability of the wall is increased.

The mutual intervention of neighboring palisades is thereby achieved that on one end face in essentially over the entire width of the end face extending, centered head with semicircular, convex shape and on the opposite End face a complementary recording in the form of a part-circular Cove is arranged, which is also extends over the entire width of the end face. Since the Head arranged in different positions within the recording can be is between neighboring palisades a kind of hinge with a vertical hinge axis formed it allows an angling between adjacent palisades To design so that even polygonal curved Walls can be formed.

Verkrautung neigen. However, it has been shown that the design options are relatively limited with the known palisades and have optical disadvantages. On the one hand, this is because that the degree of angulation between two neighboring ones Palisades is limited, and on the other hand, can due to the protruding head on the end faces none Form a smooth, continuous wall surface. In this way there is a multitude on the wall surfaces of a palisade wall formed by niches that oppose a flat wall surface and represent an optically uneven surface. It is also due to the niches in the foot area the palisades no straight edge for the connection of Base plates formed so that in the transition between the Wall and bottom surface columns are formed, which are used for Soiling and moss or weeding tend to occur.

A rod-shaped palisade is known from DE 195 15 636 A1 Concrete known that each have a hook-like, eccentrically offset projection wearing. The protrusions are on the two faces offset to opposite sides so that the each other to facing projections of adjacent palisades can get in touch with each other. A defined joint with a convex head that is shaped accordingly engages concave receptacle, but is not provided. Also a wall built from such palisades has the drawbacks already described above the design options and niche formation.

The invention has for its object a palisade to create the type mentioned, with which the aforementioned Problems are avoided and due to the user their constructive design a variety of design options for the construction of a palisade wall.

This object is achieved according to the invention in a palisade solved that the head and the receptacle on each End face arranged in the same direction off-center are.

Due to the same offset of the head and the Acquisition in the transverse direction of the palisade, i.e. perpendicular to the visible or wall surfaces, is achieved that the head and do not affect the inclusion of one of the visible or wall surfaces, so that on this side of the palisade a continuous Wall surface can be formed without the head is visible from this side of the palisade.

In addition, the asymmetrical arrangement of the Head and the recording a significant increase in design options for the user because depending on the mutual alignment of neighboring palisades different Wall designs are created.

The centers of the head and the recording can be around one any dimension from the vertical center or wall level of the palisade, either between the both visible or wall surfaces or outside of these can lie.

The head and the receptacle are preferably each in Transversely offset to the end of the end faces, so that each in the corner area between the respective end face and the associated visible or wall surface are. This allows the head to come off the palisade protrudes relatively far and is easily accessible, so that of the head and one engaged with it Recording formed joint over a wide angular range can be adjusted and the resulting during a curve gaping joint prevented by the visible head becomes.

In a possible embodiment it is provided that the Visible or wall surfaces and the end faces essentially run perpendicular to each other and that the intersection or line of intersection of the visible or wall surface supporting the head with the assigned face bearing the head lies within the cross section of the head. The Head with its center either inside or outside of the core cross section of the palisade, the through the visible or wall surfaces or the end faces limited is. On the one hand, it is possible that the center of the Cross-section of the head in the plane of the head-bearing Visible or wall surface and arranged between the end faces is. Alternatively, the center of the cross section of the head also between the visible or wall surfaces and be arranged between the end faces, i.e. within of the core cross-section of the palisade.

The center lies outside the core cross-section of the palisade of the cross section of the head when it is outside the visible or wall surface supporting the head and / or is arranged outside of the face bearing the head. Instead of in the plane of the visible or wall surface supporting the head can be the center of the cross section of the head also in the plane of the face and head arranged between the two visible or wall surfaces his.

In a special embodiment of the invention, that the center of the cross section of the head in Intersection of the visible or wall surface supporting the head and the face supporting the head, i.e. exactly in one Corner point of the core cross section of the palisade is arranged.

In one embodiment, it is provided that the Head has a part-circular cross-section, which is from the outside of the assigned visible or wall surface over an angle of approx. 270 Ā° to the surface of the assigned Front extends. Alternatively, the head also a polygonal cross-section, especially in shape of a regular polygon, whereby the head and the recording arranged only in predetermined relative positions can be, but a better one and in particular have non-rotatable engagement. The part circular Design of the head and the recording allows however, a stepless angle adjustment between neighboring ones Palisades.

The shot relative to the same side as the head is offset to the center of the palisade in the transverse direction a design complementary to the design of the head on. The receptacle is preferably designed as a groove, which according to the design of the head either one partially circular cross-section or a polygonal Cross section. The recording is in a corner area between the respective end face and the associated one Visible or wall surface arranged and has an outline over an angular range of approx. 45 Ā° to 180 Ā° and preferably from 90 Ā°.

The visible or wall surfaces can either be smooth but it is also possible to superficially structure or refine, for example, by blasting, around the palisade wall a loosened or nobler one To convey design. Alternatively or in addition, you can the visible or wall surfaces are convex or concave his.

The palisade is preferably made of concrete and has their height has a substantially constant cross section, depending on the size of the loads to be taken unreinforced or can be armed.

There is a palisade 10 shown in cross section in FIG. 1 made of concrete and points over its height, i.e. perpendicular to the plane of the drawing, an essentially constant one Cross section on. It has a first visible or wall surface 11, which is substantially flat, and on its opposite side a parallel one second visible or wall surface 12, also is just. Perpendicular to the two visible or wall surfaces 11 and 12 run on opposite sides End faces 13 and 14.

In the corner area of the one on the right end face 13 according to FIG. 1 with the second visible or wall surface 12 is a head 15 integrally formed of a part-circular convex Has cross-section and its center M at the intersection the end face 13 and the visible or wall surface 12 lies. The circular peripheral region of the head 15 extends over from the second visible or wall surface 12 an angle of 270 Ā° to the end face 13. In the illustrated The embodiment corresponds to the radius of the head in substantially half the width of the palisade, i.e. half Distance between the two visible or wall surfaces 11 and 12.

In the corner area between the opposite end face 14 and the second visible or wall surface 12 is as Groove formed concave receptacle 16, the Radius of curvature corresponds to the radius of the head 15 and whose center P at the intersection of the end face 14 with the second visible or wall surface 12. The concave Recording 16 extends between the end face 14 and the second visible or wall surface 12 over an angle of 90 Ā°.

As indicated in dashed lines in Fig. 1, are used to build several palisades 10 arranged side by side on a palisade wall, with the head of a palisade in the recess the neighboring palisade and the facing one another Front faces of the neighboring palisades in annex come. Since the receptacle 16 is only over an angular range extends from about 90 Ā°, but the head 15 has a peripheral region of 270 Ā° can be arranged side by side Palisades over an angular range of 180 Ā° in any Alignment to each other, where the head lies in the holder and the holder is complete fills. In this way, bends between neighboring palisades realized over a large angular range become. A possible bend of two neighboring ones Palisades according to FIG. 1 is shown in FIG. 5.

The engagement of the head in the inclusion of an adjacent one Palisade ensures that those that occur transversely to the wall level selective forces absorbed by several palisades and removed, which increases the stability of the palisade wall is increased.

Fig. 2 shows an alternative embodiment of a palisade 10, which differs from the palisade according to FIG. 1 only differs in that the head 15 has no pitch circle cross section, but a polygonal convex cross section in the form of a regular polygon, whereby in Fig. 2 a head with a circumference of 270 Ā° of a regular Octagon is shown. The admission is corresponding 16 according to a 90 Ā° section of the corresponding octagon trained so that the head 15 in the receptacle 16 a neighboring palisade can intervene. Here is, however in contrast to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1 no continuous adjustment of two adjacent palisades possible relative to each other, but due to the polygon shape of the head and the receptacle are predetermined angular adjustments given. In the embodiment shown 2 are five different positions between two adjacent palisades possible, one of which is rectilinear Alignment indicated in dashed lines in FIG. 2 and an angled orientation is shown in Fig. 6.

While in the embodiments of FIGS. 1 and 2 the two visible or wall surfaces 11 and 12 parallel to each other 3 shows a modification in that that both the first visible or wall surface 11 as also the second visible or wall surface 12 is convex to the outside is arched while the shape of the head and the receptacle has remained unchanged. 3 are polygonal Head and a polygonal image shown in the same way, the arched sight or Wall surfaces, however, also with a partially circular head or corresponding recording according to FIG. 1 may be provided.

Dies kann unabhƤngig von der Form des Kopfes und der Aufnahme sowie der Ausrichtung der Sicht- oder WandflƤchen vorgesehen sein.4 differs from the previous embodiments in that the Surfaces of the visible or wall surfaces 11 and 12 by means of Raises and depressions are slightly structured. This can regardless of the shape of the head and the recording as well as the alignment of the visible or wall surfaces his.

Fig. 7 shows a section of a palisade wall, the is constructed from four similar palisades 10. The three right palisades are aligned linearly to each other, so that their mutually facing end faces directly lie next to each other and the front visible or wall surfaces 11 a smooth, essentially continuous, just by the relatively small joints 18 between the palisades interrupted Outside surface forms. The left palisade according to FIG. 7 is about 45 Ā° from its neighboring palisade angled with the head still in the shot of the adjacent palisade is arranged. In the angled one A gaping gap 17 is formed in the area that obscures the view allowed on the columnar head 15.

Fig. 8 zeigt die RĆ¼ckansicht einer Palisadenwand aus drei linear ausgerichteten Palisaden, wobei die Kƶpfe als halbkreisfƶrmige VorsprĆ¼nge erscheinen, wƤhrend auf der nicht sichtbaren RĆ¼ckseite eine im wesentlichen glatte FlƤche gebildet ist.8 shows the rear view of a palisade wall from three linearly aligned palisades, the heads being semi-circular Tabs appear while on the not visible back formed an essentially smooth surface is.

Due to the offset of the head and the invention View from the central level of the palisade in each direction a corner point it is possible to align them side by side arranged palisades in the formation of a Vary palisade wall. 9 shows a corresponding one Embodiment, with adjacent palisades each rotated by 180 Ā° about a vertical axis Alignment are arranged. This results in a palisade wall, in the neighboring palisades by a palisade width are offset from one another in the transverse direction of the wall, so that a relaxed surface design with a change reached by the above areas and recesses 19 becomes. Here, too, it is of course possible to lay side by side Bend the palisades relative to each other.

The cross section of a palisade shown in FIG. 1 has the peculiarity that the center M of the part-circular convex head 15 exactly at the intersection of the Face 13 and the view perpendicular to it Wall surface 12 is. 10 to 15 each show a slightly different position of the head 15 and accordingly also the receptacle 16, all shown Embodiments of the intersection S of the Head 15 bearing visible or wall surface 12 with the associated the head 15 bearing face 13 within the Cross section of the head 15 lies.

The palisade cross sections shown in FIGS. 10 to 15 have a core cross section through the two flat, parallel to each other sight or Wall surfaces 11 and 12 as well as the two levels, likewise parallel to each other, perpendicular to the Visible or wall surfaces 11 and 12 extending end faces 13 and 14 is defined. The intersection S of the head 15 bearing upper visible or wall surface 12 with the associated, the head 15 carrying the right end face 13 thus represents a corner point of the core cross-section. The point S 'represents the intersection of the two surfaces, between which the receptacle 16 extends, i.e. the intersection between the upper visible or wall surface 12 and the Face facing away from head 14.

As shown in FIG. 10, the center point M lies in the part-circular shape convex head 15 in the plane of the upper view or Wall surface 12 and between the two end faces 13 and 14 so that the head compared to the cross-sectional design 1 along the top Visible or wall surface 12 by the distance between the points M and S is pulled inwards. The is accordingly Center P of the receptacle 16 with respect to the intersection S ' shifted outward by the same amount.

Fig. 11 shows a similar configuration, with the center M of the head at the level of the right face 13 lies and at the same time between the two sight or Wall surfaces 12 is arranged, i.e. versus the design 1 on the end face 13 by the distance offset between points S and M to the middle of the palisade is. The center point P of the recording is correspondingly 16 on the left face 14 by the same amount offset from the intersection S 'to the middle of the palisade.

In beiden FƤllen ist auch der Mittelpunkt P der Aufnahme 16 entsprechend gegenĆ¼ber dem Schnittpunkt S' versetzt.12 and 13 each show an embodiment of a Palisade, with the center M of the head 15 inside of the core cross-section of the palisade, i.e. across from 1 both in the transverse direction as well as offset inwards in the longitudinal direction of the palisade is. The offset dimension can be the same in both directions or - as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 - each different his. 12 is the offset of the center M compared to the intersection S in the longitudinal direction the palisade, i.e. parallel to the visible or wall surfaces 11 and 12 larger than in the perpendicular to it Transverse direction. 13, the offset is in the transverse direction larger than the length of the palisade. In both cases the center point P of the receptacle 16 is also correspondingly opposite the intersection S 'offset.

In order to obtain a head 15 which protrudes as far as possible, the center M of the head 15 can also be outside of the core cross section of the palisade, as in the 14 and 15 is shown. This can also be done in the longitudinal direction and a similar one in the transverse direction of the palisade Offset may be provided, but FIGS. 14 and 15 show different offsets in the longitudinal and transverse directions the palisade. 14 is the offset of the center M compared to the intersection S in the longitudinal direction the palisade facing inwards is larger than that facing outwards directional offset in the transverse direction, while according to FIG. 15 an inward offset of the center M relative to the intersection S in the transverse direction greater than one outward offset in the longitudinal direction of the palisade is. In these two cases, too, is the focus P corresponding to the receptacle 16 with respect to the intersection S ' added.
