A schematically illustrated HDF board 18 , of which several can be located in the continuous system, is first primed in a successive series of application units 1 , 2 , 3 , basic inked, sealed and provided with a surface lacquer serving as a printing base. The paints, aqueous dispersion paints with pigments, are dried in appropriate drying units 5 , 6 , 7 as required.

In den Trocknungseinheiten 13 und 14 wird die jeweilige Lackschicht nur vorgeliert, so daß insgesamt ein sogenanntes Naß-in-Naß-Verfahren durchgeführt wird. In der Weiche 1 6 wird die an einer Oberfläche fertige Platte entweder zur Konfektionierung aus der Anlage herausgeführt, oder zur Wendestation 17 geführt, wo sie umgedreht wird.
