PATENT-ABTEILUNG Gewirkte Stoffbahn
Gegenstand der Neuerung ist eine gewirkte Stoffbahn aus vollsynthetischen Fäden mit einem feinwolligen Griff. Gewirkte glattflächige Stoffbahnen aus 100 $ endlosen synthetischen Fäden weisen in der Regel nur geringen textlien Charakter im Griff auf. Um grifflieh gesehen einen textlien Charakter zu erhalten, wird bei der Wirkware bei einer Halbkette ein Pasergarn oder ein tecturiertes Garn zum Einsatz gebracht.
Die neue gewirkte Stoffbahn besteht aus einer Kettenwirkware, die 'durch Verarbeitung von untexturierten endlosen vollsynthetischen Fäden auf dem Kettenstuhl hergestellt ist, wobei der feinwollige Charakter durch Schleifen erreicht wird. Das Schleifen verleiht dem Stoff einen Griff, wie man ihn nur von einer Qualität aus oder mit Fasergarh bzw. texturiertem Garn kennt. Die so ausgerüsteten Stoffe können eingesetzt werden in der Oberbekleidung oder Kinderbekleidung, in der Hemden-, Blusen-, Kittel- oder Schürzenindustrie sowie im Gebiet der Heimtextilien, z.B. als Tisch- oder Bett-.wäsche, Poster- oder Dekostoff.
Die neuerungsgemäße gewirkte Stoffbahn zeichnet sich demnach dadurch aus, daß sie aus 100 # untexturierten, vollsynthetischen

Fäden besteht, die auf einem normalen Kettenstuhl verarbeitet werden und dennoch einen feinwolligen Charakter aufweist. Als vollsynthetische Fäden werden solche aus Polyamiden, hochmolekularen Polyolefinen, Polyacrylnitril und Polyestern verwendet.
Beipiel;
In einem Kettenstuhl, 28 fein, werden Polyamid-^ endlos mit einem Tit er von 40 den. in Trikot legung und 2 χ 4-0 den. Polyamid-6 endlos in Satinlegung gewirkt. Die linke Warenseite wird geschliffen (Muster).

1. Gewirkte Stoffbahn aus vollsynthetischen Fäden, insbesondere für Oberbekleidung, Hemden, Blusen und Heimtextilien,bei der untexturierte Fäden aufdem Kettenstehl verarbeitet sind und die Kettenwirkware einseitig oder beidseitig geschliffen ist.
2. Gewirkte Stoffbahn nach Anspruch 1, bestehend aus PoIycsaprolactam-Fäden.
