Zweiteilige Plastikpackung mit Versteifungs -u. Absatzrillen.
Die Neuerung betrifft eine aus zwei übereinanderstülp-Toaren Schalenhälften "bestehende Verpackungshülle,die vorzugsweise aus dünnem,meist durchsichtigem Plastikmaterial besteht.
Die Herstellung dieser dünnwandigen Piastikverpackungen erfolgt im thermischen Vacuumverfahren. Solche Packungen weisen daher gegenüber bekannten Verfahren besondere Neuerungen auf.
Derartige dünne Packungen haben besonders an den geraden Seitenwänden nur geringe Festigkeit ,außerdem erlaubt das Verfaliren nur eine beschränkte Tiefe der Schalen. Die Besonderheit der Neuerung besteht nun darin,die Seitenwand der Bodenschale durch eine Doppelrille in der Deckelschale an die Wand derselben zu drücken,wodurch eine beachtliche Versteifung der Packung erreicht wird. Diese Versteifungsart durch die Doppelrille in der Deckelschale ermöglicht es,die Fläche innerhalb des Deckels zu erhöhe hen und den Boden zu vertiefen,wobei die bisherige Unterkante als verengender Absatz eine Versteifung bildet. Diese Art des Aufeinanderstülpens der beiden Schalen ermöglicht es den Stülprand klein zu halten, da der Deckel durch die Doppelrille auf dem Boden gehalten wird. Eine geeignete Bezeichnung hierfür ist: Abgesetzter Stülpkarton.
Die Neuerung durch die Versteifungsrillen ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Deckel ( 1) eine S-förmige Doppelrille(2) angebracht ist,die am Rande entlang läuft. Beim Schließen dieser Packung wird die Wand (3 ) des Bodens ( 4 ) in die äußere Rille des Deckels gedrückt. Durch das Andrücken der Bodenwand an die Deckelinnenkante wird ein Ausweichen derselben verhindert und dadurch die Abdichtung und die Stabilität der Packung wesentlich erhöht.

Der abgestzte Stülpkarton wird geschlossen wie vorhergehend "beschrieben.
Die Feuerung dabei besteht darin,daß der Stülprand ( 5 ) auf ein Minimum verringert wird,dafür aber beim Deckel ( 6 ) die Fläche innerhalb der Doppelrille ( 7 ) erhöht wird und beim Boden die Fläche innerhalb der Kante ( 8 ) vertieft wird. Durch das zweimalige Abkanten des Bodens bei (#) und ( β ) wird eine Verstärkung der Wände erzielt.
Durch den niedrigen Stülprand wird sehr an nutzbarem Verpackungsraum gewonnen.
Die Verengung des Bodens von ( 8 ) auf ( 9 ) ist so bemessen, daß der Sssksi Boden etwas kleiner als der Deckel ist,sodaß der Boden in den Deckel paßt.
Um beim Transport Eaum zu sparen,werden bei Boden und Deckel die Wände leicht konisch gemacht,wodurch ein Ineinanderstecken von Packungen möglich ist.
Das beschriebene Verfahren ermöglicht es in Boden und Deckel nach innen Erhöhungen anzubringen,die dem Inhalt angepaßt sind und denselben festhalten.

Claims (4)

Zweiteilige Plastikpackung 7.7.64 # Schutzansprüche RA. ^88 039*10. 7.
1) Eine aus zwei übereinader stülpbaren Schalenhälften "bestehende Verpackungshülle,vorzugsweise aus durchsichtigem Plastikwerkstoff,dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Deckel (1) eine Doppelrille ( 2 ) aufweist,die dem Rand entlang verläuft, durch die "beim Schliessen der Packung die Wand ( 3 ) des Bodens an die Aussenwand des Deckels gedrückt wird.
2) Zweiteilige Plastikpackung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch, gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel innerhalb der Doppelrille (2 )(j-) eine Erhöhung ( 6 ) aufweist,sowie der Boden innerhalb des Absatzes ( 8 und 9 ) eine Vertiefung,wobei die Verengung von(8 ) auf ( 9 ) versteifend wirkt,
3) Zweiteilige Plastikpackung nach Absatz Ά^ΚΆΪΧ 2,dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Boden unterhalb der Verengung (8u.9) kleiner als der Deckel ist und daß bei Boden und Deckel die Wände leicht konisch gehalten werden ,sodaß Boden in Deckel fortlaufend gestapelt werden können.
4) Zweiteilige Plastikpackung nach Absatz 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß bei Boden und Deckel Erhöhungen nach innen gezogen werden,die ein festhalten des Inhalts ermöglichen.
