Claims (10)
1. Verfahren zum Erzeugen von dünnen, flachen, wasserundurchlässigen keramischen Substraten, in dem aus
einem Keramikpulver durch Schlickerguß und Trocknung ein Grünsubstrat erzeugt und dieses zu einem zusammenhängenden
Keramiksubstrat gebrannt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Korngrößen von mindestens 90$ der Teilchen
des in der Aufschlämmung enthaltenen Keramikpulvers in einem Bereich liegen, der nicht breiter ist als 0,3 jum,
und 98$ der Teilchen dieses Pulvers kleiner sind als 1 pn.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufschlämmung vor dem Schlickerguß desagglomeriert wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Brennen 0,25 bis 2 Stunden lang bei
einer Temperatur zwischen 13OO und 1500 0G durchgeführt
wird.
4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufschlämmung
Aluminiumoxidteilchen von höchstens 0,4 um enthält, von denen 90$ eine Korngröße zwischen 0,1 und 0,3 pm haben.
5· Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Herstellen der Aufschlämmung das Keramikpulver bis zu 48 Stunden lang
gemischt wird.
6. Dünner, flacher, porenfreier Keramikkörper, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seine Dichte mindestens
95$ der theoretischen Dichte beträgt, daß er mindestens
99,5$ Aluminiumoxid enthält und daß die Keramik
eine durchschnittliche Oberflächen-Rauhtiefe von höchstens 44 nm hat und frei ist von durch Schleifen oder Polieren
verursachten Oberflächendefekten.
7· Keramikkörper nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er sich im gebrannten Zustand befindet
und wasserundurchlässig und polykristallin ist.
8. Keramikkörper nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mindestens 99»5$ uC-Aluminiumoxid
enthält.
9· Keramikkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Dichte von
mindestens 3»9 Mg/m^ hat.
10. Keramikkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine durchschnittliche
Oberflächen-Rauhtiefe von 30+2,5 nra hat.
