Claims (8)
- 슬러리내의 세라믹 분말이 그 입자의 최소한 90%가 입도 범위가 0.3μ보다 넓지 않으며 또한 그 입자의 98%가 입도에 있어서, 1μ 미만인, 세라믹 분말의 슬러리를 슬립 캐스팅(slip casting)하고; 생지(生地, greenware) 기재를 제공하기 위하여 건조하고; 응집성의 세라믹 기재를 제공하기 위하여 연소하는 것으로 구성되는, 엷고 평평한 방수성 세라믹 기재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬러리가 슬립 캐스팅되기 전에 해응집되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 슬러러가 0.4μ보다 크지 않은 알루미나 입자의 90%가 0.1-0.3μ 사이의 입도를 갖는, 알루미나 입자로 구성되어 있는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬러리가 세라믹 분말을 적절한 액체내에서 48시간 또는 그 미만의 총 혼합 시간동안 혼합함으로써 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연소가 1300-1500℃의 온도에서 0.25-2시간 동안 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세라믹 기재가 최소한 99.5%의 산화 알루미늄의 조성으로 되어 있는 것으로서 최소한 95%의 이론적인 밀도를 가지며, 상기 세라믹이 44nm 이하의 표면 조도를 가지며 연삭이나 연마로 부터 생기 표면 결함이 없는, 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 세라믹 기재가 최소한 99.5% 중량의 알파-알루미나 조성 및 최소 3.9mg/m3한의 밀도를 갖는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 세라믹 기재가 30nm±2.5nm의 평균 표면 조도를 갖는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
