제1도는 미세 흑연 분말 및 미세 MgO 분말을 함유하는 7개의 MgO-C벽돌(각각은
MgO에 대한 흑연의 상이한 중량비를 가지고 있다)의 벌크(bulk)비중 을나타낸다.
제2도는 150℃로 10분간 건조 및 1000℃로 3시간동안 환원분위기하에서 소성후, 미세 흑연 분말 및 미세MgO분말을 함유하는 7개의 상이한 MgO-C벽돌 각각의 겉보기 공극률을 나타낸다.
Claims (1)
- 입경 0.3∼1.5mm인 마그네시아 미세입자 30중량부 이하 및 흑연 미세분말 및 마그네시아 미세분말 70중량부 이상(마그네시아에 대한 흑연의 중량비는 2.5∼4.0이다)을 함유하는 내화천연재 100중량부 및 알루미늄, 실리콘, B4C 및 SiC로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질을 함유하는 상기 첨가제 1∼6중량부를 포함하는 불소성 마그네시아-카아본 내화물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
